The ranch style home has commons areas centered in the middle of the home which includes a large family room, dining room, kitchen and walk-in pantry. On the North side of the house facing the pool is the fabulous master suite. Across the hall are 2 guest bedrooms, a full bath, and the laundry room. On the opposite side of the home there are 2 additional bedrooms, a second full bath, and 2 private patios.

The pool deck is accessible with doors from the living room, master suite, and one of the guest bedroom rooms. The pool is heated and the area is fenced. Pool heat is included in your rental rate and will not be an additional cost upon finalizing your booking. The pool deck has a flagstone patio area with lounge chairs for suntanning and a large covered patio with comfortable seating if you're looking for shade.

The front patio is a also a secured fenced area, great for letting toddlers play outside. There is a relaxing fountain and comfortable seating.

The large guest room with the murphy bed and futon sleeper couch has a separate side entrance and private patio overlooking the views and fruit orchard.

The bedroom with 2 twins can be converted to a king bed if that better suites your needs.

Guests have access to the entire home, pool area, acre of land and parking in the driveway and parking areas.

If there's fruit in the orchard, feel free to pick some to make juice or cocktails with!
