Great place!

We have stayed here multiple times over the past few years. Rebecca has always been great to work with and the house is always as-advertised. Excellent place for a family ski in/out vacation.

Spring Break Family Trip

Stayed in the house with 4 families (8 adults and 8 kids). Worked out great. The property manager and her team did a great job and were very responsive to our requests. Will book again.

The house is impressively spacious, elegantly furnished, and impeccably maintained. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped and offers ample space for preparing meals. Communication with the host, Rebecca, was effortless and prompt. Every aspect of our stay functioned smoothly. We highly recommend this beautiful home for a truly exceptional experience.

Dutch Draw Ski Vacation

Had a great time at Dutch Draw. With 3 families and 15 people it was a tall order to please everyone but needless to say, the home was loved by all. Rebecca, the property manager, was very accomodating and helpful. A great overall experience.

Great Ski Vacation!

The house was really amazing, and Rebecca was great to work with! Super convenient ski-in-ski-out setup, with awesome snow/conditions for our visit. I would highly recommend it to anyone... everyone in our group loved it. We can't wait to come back next year!

Perfect ski house

This was our second time staying at this house. The house is such a beautiful space for a family or group. The property manager, Rebecca, is so helpful and always available. We stayed for skiing, but talked about coming back to enjoy all that summer offers too. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Another Amazing Stay

For the 2nd Summer in a row, this house rocked it! The Property Manger was outstanding, she made several large upgrades to the house and had it standing tall for our arrival. I would recommend her and this property to anyone wanting a first class experience in Park City.

Guys Ski Weekend

This was our second time staying at this house and we had a fantastic time. Easy access to the Canyons for skiing/snowboarding and excellent amenities for apre ski - hot tub, pool table, multiple fire places. The property management group is amazing. I highly recommend it!

Great house

The house was absolutely perfect for our family ski vacation. The home has tons of space for everyone to spread out. The basement is incredible and the perfect place to hang out. Ski in/out is easy. And the heated steps to the hot tub and up to the ski run is a game changer!

Great Property!

Dutch draw was a fantastic property for a large family group for the holidays. Newly remodeled house was spacious, clean and high end. The property manager was even better and made sure the entire stay was perfect. Very close to everything you’d want at canyons, short drive or shuttle to park city proper. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Incredible luxury home

Rooms were very large :) Location was great and close to Canyons Village. The manger was always available. They even sent someone to shovel of driveway and porch when it snowed.

Great Vacation

The property manager Rebecca is very informative so by the time you get to the house all the small details are taken care of. The property is a true ski in ski out. The house is well stocked. Beds are comfortable. Great water pressure. Well stocked with towels.

Perfect ski house

This was the third Christmas and New Years we spent in Park City with our family of seven and the house was perfect. Ski in/out and it’s close enough to downtown if you want to get out for the evening. The house offers plenty of space and has everything you need to be at home. The managers were easy to contact and very helpful…they even assisted with last-minute Christmas presents.

If I could double the 5 star review for this property, I would! The property was perfection, but the service we received from Rebecca was the real standout here. Having a direct text for communication made it so easy. We will definitely be staying here and renting with Rebecca again!

Family Reunion

This home is amazing. The kitchen has everything you may need and more. The downstairs play-family room room is large with a pool table w/ pingpong top, large game table, toys for the little ones, large TV over the fireplace, & comfortable seating. It also has a large, beautiful & quiet living room & smaller family room right off the kitchen. Also a very comfortable patio complete dining & conversation areas with fire pit & hot tub which we all enjoyed. The house was wonderful for our four families, ages ranging from 3 yr to grandparents to come together to reconnect & have a thoroughly great time. Rebecca, our host, was just as wonderful & amazing. We had a couple small issues & she was there almost instantly to correct. She was the BEST, plus really nice.

Winter used to be the favorite season, now each season is amazing. Winter is wonderful with great ski access, summer is beautiful and green, spring is full of flowers, and you can't beat the colors of fall.
Summit Escapes property management will take care of your every need. Rebecca is there before and during your stay to answer questions you may have. She has prepared a book with Restaurant recommendations on babysitting service, home chef and massage, ski rental and more.

As a Local born and raised in Utah we know what this place has to offer. It is the perfect area to come with family or friends to explore, eat good food, and have an amazing vacation.

Most homes might have a TV or two but after a long day of skiing we love to sit down to a good movie and relax. Each room has it's own TV and we have a fantastic theater. You can watch the same thing in the entire home or watch something different on each TV which is great for a large group of friends or family. You can't beat the speakers throughout the house that can play music while you play games, make food, and create memories.
