WELCOME TO THE LOVE SHACK

Yes, we really do have a rusted tin roof—a little tip of the cap to the B-52s! More importantly, our home was created for families and friends to relax, reconnect and make wonderful lifelong memories together.

This spacious Park City mountain home sleeps up to 12 (or more) guests and combines ski access, beautiful Iron Mountain views, four spacious ensuite bedrooms, multiple gathering areas, a private hot tub, outdoor firepit, theater and game rooms. It works especially well for two or three families traveling together, giving adults and children plenty of room to gather—and room to spread out.

WHY OUR HOME IS SPECIAL

The Love Shack offers the privacy and personality of a family home with the space and amenities of a luxury mountain retreat.

The main level brings everyone together in an open kitchen, dining and living area with tremendous south-facing views toward Iron Mountain. The gourmet kitchen includes Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, beverage and wine drawers, a large island and a separate butler’s pantry with an additional full-size sink. Our custom built live-edge dining table comfortably accommodates the entire group for memorable dinners, games and conversation.

Throughout the home, radiant heated floors have separate temperature zones, and the whole-house music system allows guests to enjoy their own music. A standby generator provides additional comfort and reassurance in the unlikely event of a power outage.

Step outside and you are immediately immersed in the mountains. Moose and mule deer are frequent visitors, and the views and quiet setting make the home feel wonderfully removed—even though Canyons Village is close by.

SKI ACCESS AND LOCATION

Our location makes a Park City ski vacation remarkably easy. Guests can access Park City Mountain from the neighborhood ski route and return to the home at the end of the day. Depending on snow conditions and skier ability, access involves a short street crossing and a traverse. Before arrival, we provide detailed directions and videos explaining both the ski-out and ski-home routes.

Canyons Village, ski rentals, restaurants and other resort amenities are only minutes away. We can also help arrange in-home ski fitting and delivery, allowing your group to get equipped without spending valuable vacation time at a rental shop.

Beyond skiing, Park City offers excellent restaurants, shopping, hiking, mountain biking, concerts and year-round activities. After more than 26 years in the area, we are happy to share our favorite restaurants, local services and ways to make the most of your time here.

BEDROOMS AND LAYOUT

The home is designed especially well for extended families and groups traveling together.

Four large ensuite bedrooms provide privacy, generous bathrooms, fireplaces and spacious closets. Three king bedrooms give multiple couples equally comfortable accommodations. The lower-level bedroom is particularly well suited to children or a family, with two double beds and a twin bunk bed.

The office can be converted into an additional private bedroom with a queen bed and fireplace. The upper loft also offers an additional sleeping option near a full bathroom.

The separation between levels allows adults to enjoy conversation around the main-level fireplace while children and teenagers have their own entertainment spaces downstairs. Although the home is large, its layout still feels warm, comfortable and connected.

ENTERTAINMENT AND OUTDOOR LIVING

When you are not skiing, hiking or exploring Park City, there is plenty to enjoy at home.

The upper-level loft includes a pool table, fireplace, large television and comfortable seating. The lower level features a theater with a 110-inch screen, ping-pong table and a high-top game table—an ideal gathering space for children, teenagers or family movie nights.

Outdoors, relax in the private eight-person hot tub after a day on the mountain. The patio and deck also include comfortable seating, a barbecue grill and a gas firepit that is perfect for après-ski drinks, evening conversation and s’mores beneath the stars.

During the warmer months, guests can enjoy the shared seasonal pool, mountain trails and miles of nearby hiking and biking.
