The condo is in a great location. We appreciated having linens, paper products, beach chairs, and laundry services. Communication regarding checking in could be improved by providing details earlier. Any questions we had were answered quickly. The unit is perfect for a small family with two bathrooms. The complimentary bath supplies were excellent which is a strange comment but owner made a good choice there.

Great value so close to the beach and the 3rd St neighborhood ! Nice upgrades to the property itself including cameras, washer/dryers, posted rules. Only suggestion would be periodic cleaning of ceiling fans, and nooks & cranies of shower doors. Also did not see any parking sticker referenced to be hung in car upon arrival.

Cozy Naples Getaway

The property was exactly as pictured and expected. It’s an older property, but super clean— lush landscapes, large built-in pool, large, clean utility room with washers/dryers. Awesome location just steps to Naples Pier/beach, many outstanding restaurants and an easy walk to 5th Avenue. The unit itself was a perfect size—providing us w/everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Will def book again next year as Naples is one of our favorite destinations.

Naples Mariner 2023

We decided to come back to Naples this year for 2 reasons. 1) we had such a great experience in 2022; 2) we wanted to put our vacation dollars towards helping these wonderful small businesses recover after hurricane Ian. Again, we were not disappointed and are looking forward to Naples 2024!

Naples Beach and Town

Naples is a beautiful area. The condo was clean and quaint. It was easy to communicate with the property manager. The pool is nice but there is only one table at the pool!!! One person took up the table for most of the day. The condo was walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Both showers had very little water pressure..not enough to actually take a shower. It was difficult for the water to get hot. One bathroom is so small you can hardly move in it.The outside areas are old and worn out. Dangerous, steep stairs.The elevator was broken. Not acceptable for such an expensive property!!! The beach is crowded and not groomed like other Florida beaches we love.We left early because of these issues. This property is very overpriced for what we got!Disappointed.

Hi Merridee, This is a dishonest and retaliatory review. You left early due to a personal “emergency”, and this review is retaliation because we did not give you a refund. We hope VRBO will remove it. This 2-bed/2-bath unit is exactly as pictured and advertised. You never complained about anything prior to your “emergency” departure. You were loving Naples and our unit the first couple days of your stay. Then out of nowhere, you suddenly left on day 3 out of 6 of your stay due to a personal “emergency”—according to your messages. When you asked for a refund afterwards, we were not able to do that. That is standard policy. It was not possible to rebook your remaining nights on such short notice. The 1-flight of stairs with railing to the second floor is safe, and no one has ever complained about them prior to you. No one else has complained about water issues. The elevator is undergoing repairs, but we told you that prior to your stay. We are sorry for whatever “emergency” happened to you, but this review is shameful and dishonest.
