This newly built house is situated in a quiet area on a very large plot and has two floors with wonderful views to the swimming pool with garden and the Mediterranean sea in Cala Figuera from the first floor.



The two high quality furnished bedrooms have each a bathroom with shower and a private balcony. The modern designer kitchen offers everything: appliances of the last generation, very nice dishes and cutlery, etc. Also the living and dining area is furnished in high quality and has a fireplace where you can relax and enjoy the evenings in autumn and winter time. Both areas have direct access to the pool area, the fully furnished terrace and the barbecue area is situated next to a typical old stone cottage. The whole house has underfloor heating.

Finca Buena Vida has been operated with renewable energies from a photovoltaic system that generates its own electricity consumption since November 2020.

The energy that is not consumed is fed into the power grid.

Every year around 8.3 tons of CO 2 are avoided.



Three cats have been part of our finca for several years. They are used to being outside day and night. We are very grateful to our guests for the daily feeding! Sufficient cat food is available. The animals receive regular veterinary treatment and are vaccinated and dewormed.



The final cleaning costs €240 and is charged separately, as the obligatory tourist tax.
