Wonderful Condo

This condo was clean, neat, and provided had just what we needed for a great stay. I don't say this often, but I would love to come back to this exact condo again. PS The area was great and the other residents were very nice and family oriented from toddlers to grandparents, but teenagers could enjoy it here too. Everyone around had manners. Thank you for a great stay.

My new favorite place to stay!

Spent a wonderful 3 nights at this beautifully decorated Condo and it was everything it advertised! Very clean, comfortable and furnished with everything we needed. Bedding was really comfortable and the unit was so well taken care of. Great communication, check in and check out process and a stellar location close to everything. Easy access to the pool and beach area. totally loved our stay and will be back!

The property is so close to the beach we could hear the waves all day - which was exactly what I needed! We had access to beach towels, chairs, umbrella. The location is great - there were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

Better than expected!

Perfect for 2 couples! Pictures donā€™t do it justice! Beds were comfortable, and great ocean view from balcony. Outside of building is a little tired, and occasionally we could hear the people upstairs walking, but overall we had a great stay! The only ā€˜doingā€™ I would give it, Iā€™d there was an empty bottle of Hatorade under a side table in living room, but everythin looked clean.

Clean and comfy

First of all, Stay Better vacations group is awesome to deal with! They are friendly, efficient, and supply all the information you will need and are there if you need them. The condo was an excellent condition when I arrived, all the lights were on, there was music playing in the background, fresh towels on the bed, and it was beyond clean! I have stayed in some before that were so filthy.. this one was pristine! Everything I needed was in the condo, from beach towels to chairs to starter coffee. The only small detail that I could add was maybe getting a comfy topper for the king bed as it was a little Lumpy. The views were awesome and I Stay was very comfortable overall. Plan on returning soon!

This condo is amazing. My family actually stayed in it before they remodeled it and the owners have done a great job. My family actually rented 3 rooms at Amelia South during this same week and this was by far the nicest one. Communication was fast and helpful with the property manager. The beds slept amazing and the bathrooms were nice and clean. We loved our stay!

Perfect Place for My Daughters, Grands and Me

The beautifully decorated ocean front property was the perfect place for my daughters, grands and me to spend a few days. My grands and I watched the sunrise from the window without waking Mommy. Everything we needed was available. Will definitely plan to stay in this condo again.

Great Ocean View, Location and Accomodations

We were all impressed with this unit. It was better than expected. The owner/property manager does those 'extra' things that made our stay enjoyable. The communications were better than anywhere else I have stayed- Ever! We often used the provided eGuide for Home/Restaurants/Things to do. We will stay here again!
