Great Beachside location

Well kept, neat and clean apartment. Nicely equipped and modern kitchen for those who like to cook (as we do). Very comfortable bed in the primary bedroom (so important). We really enjoyed our stay.

Great time at the beach

My husband daughter & I had a great time at Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island. The Ketch Courtyard was in a great location. The condo was very clean and close to everything. Great restaurant's and shopping as well as right on the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing getaway

Everything we needed for a nice, relaxing vacation. We loved the easy access to the restaurant across the street (ate there 3 times!). The kitchen could have been stocked a bit more but we had everything that we needed. Overall a fantastic location/experience and we will be back!

We had a wonderful trip and loved this property! We will definitely book here again!

Everything was perfect! There were even bunnies in the grass which was great for my kids. My only complaint was the lack of overhead lighting and ceiling fans but that was a minor inconvenience.

Wonderful property

This was our second time staying at this property and it was as wonderful the second time as the first! Beautiful and clean. Being on the ground level is prefect for young kids. There are even rabbits out the back door!

Nice Beach Condo

This condo checked all of our boxes. Oceanfront, 1st level, and easy parking. Check in and out was a breeze. Nicely appointed furniture. The bathrooms and kitchen were a little outdated, but functioned properly; great water pressure, which is a must for a shower coming from the beach. 100% would rent again!

Nicely appointed condo with great location

This condo is nicely appointed, comfortable beds, good kitchen, nice furnishings, and decor, good wifi AND youā€™re less than a five minute walk from a very clean, uncrowded beach. Since this is a ground floor unit, you also have a view of the beach fauna and flora, including rabbits and turtles. This unit is also conveniently located half way between two major supermarkets (about a ten minute drive to each) and also convenient to some really good restaurants. For a beach vacation this would be hard to beat.

Wonderful location , property could use a little updating -kitchen , bathrooms , patio chairs . On arrival kitchen lacked basics of cutting boards plates , spatulas etc . On contacting the property manager they delivered all I requested that day, they were very helpful and responsive
