The space
Walk in the entry and up the stairs to the main floor. The neighborhood is very quiet and there there are no homes behind this house.

The kitchen opens to the living room with windows all around for tons of natural light. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and is outfitted with all you need to prepare meals.

The living room is cozy and comfortable with a smart tv and access to the wrap around deck. The wrap around deck has plenty of places to sit and relax, including Adirondack gliders & chairs, and a dining table. The deck also has a fire pan for outdoor cooking.

A full bathroom and a laundry room are also on the main floor.

The second floor is open in the middle to the skylight and the main floor. It features four bedrooms spaced out around the outside of the octagon. Each bedroom has a king size bed, a smart tv, a closet and a walk-out balcony. The primary bedroom ensuite has a full bath and spacious closets. One of the guest bedrooms also includes a twin size trundle bed to accommodate two guests. There is a shared full bathroom.

The spacious backyard is fully fenced and landscaped.

The garage includes boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts.
