We enjoyed our week at Brian's home. It is a nice smaller place with nice amenities. We enjoyed the golf cart, beach chairs, and fitness center on site. Brian was a good communicator and answered quickly. It was nice to have toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels provided! My only suggestion is to consider replacing the carpet with hardwood as the carpet has seen better days.

The house has everything! We had a few issues all was taken care quickly and all was perfect. Brian was a great host. This was our favorite place so far in OSV. We were disappointed the indoor pool was not open - wasn't last year either. We had a great time.

This place had everything we needed. it was clean, we liked the layout, very roomy, the beds were comfy, having a golfcart was awesome, and we just had a great time.

Great location, close to the beach. Very nice, family friendly beach. Not too crowded. Golf cart, with beach chairs, beach toys and umbrellas are available to use. Just a quick golf cart trip to the beach with private parking. Very nice, quiet community that is very dog friendly. A 15 to 20 minute drive to Murrels Inlet Marshwalk or Myrtle Beach Boardwalk. Lots of closer resturants, put put golf and other businesses. There is a pool, park, dog park and other amenities in the gated community the home is in. Extremely happy with the decision stay here, and can't wait to visit the area again!!

Nice community with lots of things to do. The grandkids really loved the beach and splashpark. Owner was very nice and made things easy. Would stay there again.

Enjoyed Our Stay!

Lovely pet-friendly property in Oceanside Village. Owner was wonderful to work with and a great communicator. Golf cart included was a plus along with the fabulous amenities in Oceanside Village (including oceanfront parking). Would stay here again!!

Loved our stay here! Communication with Brian was great. Everything was as described, clean and well stocked- we had everything we needed. Neighborhood is wonderful, family friendly and fun for everyone. Highly recommend!!

The beach house was exactly as shown. Brian communicates so well. He let us know that we were able to check in early which is a rarity. It was so nice to be afforded that opportunity because we were traveling with a dog. Brian had the condo stocked fully. Linens and towels were clean. The golf cart was an added benefit and was perfect to take to the beach. The house is in a great location to the beach, pool and dog park. We would definitely stay here again just for the simple fact that Brian communicates so well with the renter. The neighbors, who are residents, were extremely nice as well.

From the communication before and during our stay, we cannot be more grateful to our host. Check-in was seamless. Amenities including the golf cart were plentiful. Cleanliness is an obvious priority. Comfortable Rental

Skip, Hop and a Jump to the Ocean

Like the location the most. Home was well stocked. Needs a few items but everything here was adequate. Friendly neighborhood, quiet this time of year. Located in a very convenient area, within walking distance to dog park and other amenities.

Our stay at this home was excellent. The house was clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The golf cart and beach chairs were used all week and the community is great. Gated community with private beach access makes going to the beach super easy. The owner is very attentive and was always quick to reply to our questions. Would 100% stay here again and recommend it to others.

Wonderful week!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was just as pictured in the photos and had everything we needed! It was easy to check in and everything went smoothly. We loved having the golf cart to get to and from the beach! The owner, Brian, was extremely quick to respond to any questions. A storm came through that knocked out the internet router, and Brian made it right and quickly reached out and had someone to the property as soon as possible to fix the issue. I also loved that the property was pet friendly as it allowed me to bring my yorkie pup with us! I would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit the Myrtle Beach area!

Awesome place to stay

My family and I, including the furry ones, had an awesome vacation. Brian, the owner, is wonderful. He responds right away to answer any questions or to fix any situation. They provide so much. A walk to the beach is about 14 minutes, but the golf cart helps. I highly recommend!

Perfect for a beach getaway

House is placed perfectly on the property on a quiet street with super easy access to the pool and beach. Golf cart is a huge bonus, unlike many in the neighborhood, this one is licensed so you can use it to go to the beach and to the circle K or any other quick errand. House is comfortable and felt like home. Would strongly recommend!!

Parrish Clan Beach Trip

It was a great time at Oceanside Village! We haven’t stayed here since 2017, because at that time the houses we rented were not cleaned, and the place was looking run down! Thanks for all the improvements, security and the excellent cleanliness! We rented three homes and they were all clean and provided everything we needed! See ya next year Oceanside Village! As Advertised

Had a great week in Oceanside Village. Love this area in Surfside. House was as advertised. Clean and very well stocked with needed items. Owner was kind and always available for answers prior to trip and during our stay. Really enjoyed our stay here. The only thing that I would change about this vacation home would be murphy bed. Bed was not very comfortable and made squeaking noise every time you moved. Would definitely stay again.

I’d love to luv there permanently

We had the best time. Our five year old grandson who was staying in a house On the beach came over to visit and loved the water park. Everyone was so friendly and our little 14 year old Yorkie loved it there too! The place was so clean and nicely decorated!!! We had the best time and will definitely be back. The owner Brian was very helpful and answered any questions we had right away! Such a nice and quiet neighborhood even for us young grandparents lol! Thank you again Brian! We had a blast!!!
