We never got the code for the rental. Owner would not respond and when he did he said we were not due till the next day. Which was wrong. Had to contact VRBO and they had to contact owner. House was not cleaned from previous renter. Manager came at 7pm and cleaned till after nine. So we were supposed to be allowed in at 4 and didn’t get in until after 9. Owner was rude and didn’t offer any compensation for the long delay or saying we were not supposed to be there.The manager tried her best but the rest of the check in and first day was poor.

Needs Some Love

We enjoyed our stay overall, but i feel like a few improvements could really enhance ths experience. None of thd bedroom or bathroom doors open/close properly. The house feels clean overall, but its easy to spots that could use some deep cleaning. Some general TLC/upkeep could make this a 5 star experience. Beds, Pool, location are all great!

Lovely home

It was a very lovely home, it just didn't seem to be throughly cleaned before we arrived. The guest restroom was not very clean, none of the rugs in the home had been vacuumed, as there were crumbs and popcorn still on the floor.

Summer getaway

My daughter and I enjoyed our 2 night stay here. The house is in a perfect location and a quiet neighborhood. We stayed in the middle of the week. The house and pool both was very clean and the communication between the property manager was great. If we are ever back in the area we will check to see if this property is available to stay again.

The house was clean and very cute. Decorated tastefully. Beds comfortable. Pool very clean. Kitchen could use essentials like foil and seal storage bags. Nothing you can do about overall neighborhood. But run down for a Virbo location. Grill filthy. Trash in back alley over flowing. Back yard around the pool could use some ambiance. Very blah pool area. Likleyhood of booking again low.

Perfect Family Getaway

Our family came to town to visit our oldest daughter and her family. The hosts provided the perfect backdrop for us to enjoy our family, enjoy a few meals and laugh! The young adults loved the pool area. It was the perfect Father's Day Weekend!

Son high school graduation

It was amazing stay. Close to everything we need for our stay. Its was close to the stadium where the graduation ceremony was. Very peaceful area. My sons love the pool. Would stay here again, if we are in the area

Nice family getaway

Property was just as advertised. More than enough space for a family of 5. Thirty minute drive to any place we wanted to go.

As Advertised. Great for a family of 6.

Overall, our stay was great. We had 4 adults in our party. The house has an open floor plan with the kitchen and living room. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Plus, there is a full size washer and dryer for longer stays. There are 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Very clean look throughout the house. There is a full sized pool table in the garage and a swimming pool in the back yard. Unfortunately, a cool front came in so we were unable to use the swimming pool. The WiFi worked fine and was easy yo attach to. The house sits in a quiet neighborhood. We will rent again if available for our next trip to The Colony area. Mike San Antonio, TX

Enjoyed our stay!

My family and I stayed for a weekend and really enjoyed ourselves. We arrived Friday evening and relaxed in the pool. Saturday, we woke up early and went to six flags and after a long day in the sun we went back to the house for some more fun in the pool!
