All this and you can walk downtown in the blink of an eye. The welcoming home has a fully-equipped kitchen and an abundance of activities for hanging out and entertaining. A private backyard with a hot tub and cornhole game makes this home the perfect relaxing getaway for your group. Enjoy this space that is close to the downtown square, while being surrounded by renowned wineries.

This downtown home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a living room and a separate dining room with a farmhouse table that seats up to eight. Appliances include a gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, blender, and toaster. The game room is a highlight with an awesome pool table and dartboard for hanging out and having a great time. There are multiple seating areas throughout the front and back yards. Take advantage of the gas grill for your favorite BBQ as you dine alfresco on the back patio, rev up your competitive spirit with a game of cornhole, or top off the perfect wine country days with a relaxing soak in the private hot tub.

THINGS TO KNOW
There are absolutely no parties or events allowed at this home. There is a 10 pm City of Paso Robles quiet time ordinance that can result in fines for both guests and owners.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
