Experience outdoor life in the Poconos from our stylish Cabin! Located in one of the best amenity-filled resort communities with 3 lakes, 2 beaches, playgrounds, a clubhouse complex w/ pool, splash pad, tennis, basketball court. For winter the season, near the sledding and tubing hill, there’s an indoor clubhouse featuring a fireside lounge and large indoor pool (open wed/fri eve and daytime sat/sun). Ski resorts, several beautiful state parks, casino, Kalahari, and so much more are a short trip!

The entire 3 bedroom 2 full bath cabin is your for your stay! There are two decks with outdoor lounge furniture, outdoor dining table, and large grill. The outdoor lot is super private with large back yard and woods. There is so much to do in the area and in the community as well!

Great winter vacation in the Poconos

Spent 6 days here and enjoyed the vibe and the cleanliness. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful. Nice private community, the kids loved their room.

Short 2 day stay

This property is quiet and peaceful. Jesse, the property manager always responded promptly to emails and allowed us to check in early. I would stay here again.

The owner was very helpful! Answered all my questions within minutes they were amazing at checking in and checking out and very helpful with property! The cabin is nice and on beautiful property!

Great vacation

The house was everything the listing said. The owner communicated timely and very helpful. We had a great stay for my moms 70th bday. It was also walking distance from the pool area. Highly recommend.

Good place for young people

Very beautiful place and very clean house. My only problem with my stay was the beds were very uncomfortable and they really need to upgrade the furniture.

Not much sitting area in living room, house looked bigger in pictures though, water pressure in kitchen was very low, mattress in the bedroom was very uncomfortable.

For the most part me and my family enjoyed ourselves on this trip and Jesse the Host is very responsive and helpful which was great. There are a few things that would have made this trip perfect and that's for one to update the place to be just a tad more newer and definitely change the ad because the house and pics don't add up, maybe years ago but not now. But just put a little TLC into the property and fix the little things that go a long way like the screen doors for example to keep the bugs out and new furniture for sure! But on a positive note, for the most part anything we really needed was in the house so the convenience of that was great as well as the lake community. Overall we'll be back to the lake again, hopefully the owner will listen and update because I would rent again if so.. until next time thanks again Jesse!

All good

The place is pretty much as advertised, maybe the photos are a few years old but bar the inclusion of air con floor units they are a fair reflection of the property, there is a new fridge. Jesse was very helpful and prompt in terms of responding when we arrived a little early and provided us with plenty of info regarding food options. Definitely try the pulled pork at the clubhouse. Great stay and would go again.

Peaceful and Relaxing!

We had a great time staying in this home! Plenty of room to spread out, read, cook, do a puzzle, relax with a movie, and enjoy the wooded view. With the half acre of property, we felt we had plenty of privacy and loved not being right on top of other neighboring houses. Jesse was a super host, very responsive with answering any questions and helped us feel welcome. Since we did not know the area, he gave us tips on where to get firewood for the woodburning stove and let us know of a couple of towns that would be good for antiquing. We were really pleased with our stay and would love to return if in the Poconos again. The snow covering the trees our first morning there was just beautiful…like a winter wonderland! And being in a gated community made us feel very secure. Thanks, Jesse, for hosting us!

misunderstandings

The house was nice and met our needs, but we were not told of additional charges to use amnities until after we paid. We purchased activity passes for the week (150 dollars) and the pool was closed for 2 days. We were told there was and indoor and outdoor pool, but the indoor pool did not open until Labor Day. Photos appeared to show pool and beach near the property but in reality we needed a car to get there.

Beautiful Home

The house is very charming and well-equipped for kids. We loved that they welcomed pets. It’s a spacious, quiet neighborhood which feels very private. While the listing says that the pool and other facilities are included, there is a separate cost to the neighborhood clubhouse for use of these facilities. (Which should be clear on the listing before booking). We have food allergies, and we have to cook every meal. Unfortunately, the kitchen needed restocking of pretty much everything basic (salt, sugar, foil, oil). And the pots/pans were old and also really need replacing. The kitchen sink also got stopped up during the last day of our trip and the owner wasn’t able to get someone to fix it while we were there. However, Jesse is a very responsive host and came to deliver supplies when requested. I trust he will restock and fix these issues before the next guests.

Almost what it claimed to be.......

Nothing in the description was untrue, but it looked and read better than it was in real life. The "AC" was three portable floor units hidden in an upstairs closet that you had to install yourself. If you plugged in more than one the breaker popped. The screens and screen door were in disrepair. Only 2 of the four burners worked on the stovetop. The light fixtures in the dining and bedrooms were connected, not in an electrical box, but wire nuts connections visible near the fixture. The downstairs bedroom had only a thin mattress pad for a mattress. Only the back deck had been cleaned off, the front deck was stacked furniture, covered with dust and debris. Bring your own towels as the material of the towels provided was unusual. The location was great. Communication with the manager was great, but he was out of town and unable to assist. We managed to have a great time with family.

Nice location but needs updated

This property is at a nice location, with lots to do within the community itself and within a half hour driving distance. The house itself wasn’t quite what we expected. The pictures make it seem much nicer than it is. Jesse, the property manager is very quick to respond to communication, which is nice and is very helpful. The house seems to be in need of some major updates. It seems like some updates have been made but overall still needs a lot of work. We always cook on vacation, so the kitchen was nice but in desperate need of newer pots and pans rather than the sparse, mismatched, stained/dirty set that’s currently available. It also lacks basics, such as salt and pepper, oil, foil/plastic wrap. Bed sheets were still damp when we got there, which is nice to know they were recently washed but not nice to realize while crawling into bed. Air conditioning consists of three floor units, one in each upstairs bedroom and one in the living room. Downstairs bedroom does not have air conditioning in it but can be somewhat cooled by leaving the door open and running the living room AC. Overall this house is okay but not quite what we hoped for.

The couch and chair in the livingroom were so uncomfortable as were the beds. We were planning on a relaxing vacation but it was anything but relaxing and comfortable. Definitely need new furniture and mattresses and bed pillows throughout the place. The dining room chairs and table were ready to fall apart. We were nervous to sit at the table. We took off the pillow cases on the bed and they had mildew on them. We made the best of the situation but left early to go home.

Enjoyed our overnight at this property. Very clean and nicely updated with an eclectic cabin feel.

We enjoyed our time at this house. Not far from wineries and mount airy. We were 6 girls and only there for one raining night so unfortunately we could not enjoy the outdoor deck. Would love to rent again from Jesse.

We enjoyed our stay

The house was perfect for the four of us and had everything we needed. Communication with Jesse was great - he always responded right away to our questions. The lake and beach were appealing on a hot day, though I don't think we realized how far the house was from the lake - it was more than a mile, so it required a drive, or perhaps a bike ride if you have bikes. We enjoyed the privacy and outdoor seating, and appreciated having air conditioning on a few very hot days. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.
