Gulf Place sits in the sweet spot of 30A: genuinely walkable in a way most of the corridor isn't, with a beach access point that stays quieter than the heavily trafficked stretches near Seaside and Rosemary Beach. You're on the same scenic highway just without the crowds.
Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, Perfect Pig, Pizza by the Sea, local ice cream shops, boutique galleries, and a surf shop are all within easy walking distance. The Gulf Place amphitheater hosts live music and seasonal events right on the lawn. Mornings often start with yoga on the grass. Evenings end with a walk along the 18.6-mile 30A bike path, or a soak in the hot tub after a long beach day.
Top Shelf is cozy and intentionally so. This condo is designed for couples or small families of up to four who plan to spend their days at the beach and their evenings exploring the area, not sitting inside. What you give up in square footage, you gain in views, location, and the ease of walking everywhere. Storage is streamlined; many guests pack lighter or use the hallway wall space for bags.
What doesn't change regardless of unit size: the balcony views, the comfort of the beds, the cleanliness, and the responsiveness of the hosts. Guests tell us all four, consistently, every stay.

Top Shelf is a 1-bed / 1.5-bath corner condo on the top floor of Gulf Place — thoughtfully designed for beach living and ideally suited for two adults or a small family of three to four.

The top-floor, corner position means you get views other units simply don't have access to. Morning coffee here. Sunset cocktails here. This is the condo's centerpiece, and guests never stop talking about it.

Full bathroom off the bedroom. Half bath on the main level for guest convenience. Towels, hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries provided.
