Spacious two bedroom condo with bunk room sleeps 6 with gulf views and easy access to beach and pool. Enjoy the ease of being just steps to the beach and pool in this newly updated ground floor condo.
- Master bedroom with king size bed
- Master bath with shower. Large master bedroom closet that can fit a pack and play or a crib.
- Pack and Play and Booster seat or High chair available.
- Second bedroom with king size bed, flat screen TV and adjoining bathroom.
- Separate bunk room with bunk beds, chest of drawers and TV.
- Fully equipped kitchen with granite Counter tops.
- Laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer in unit.

Your Friend at The Beach has 5 other San Remo condos - bring the whole family or schedule a friends getaway. Close to Seaside and Destin on Scenic 30 A that allows no high rises! San Remo has a large meeting room available for rent for small weddings, family reunions or business meetings..
-Saturday to Saturday only in peak seasons.
No winter monthly rentals. Per HOA rules, guests are not permitted to bring pets.

Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.

Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.

Everything you could want for your beach vacay!

Our stay at San Remo was amazing! The location was perfect. The condo had everything we needed. Walk to the beach was so short! Beach access was fantastic! Plenty of room. We will definitely be back!

This gated community has plenty of parking - and is a half mile from Gulf Place where you can enjoy Shunk Gulley for great seafood and the Perfect Pig for wonderful breakfasts! I am Sad

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been coming to San Remo for about a decade. While it is still a great place to vacation at, the property is going downhill. 103 is a great condo(only issue is the bugs that tend to get in from being on the first floor and the freezer). The properties beach access is shrinking and the pool is accessed by too many other properties, thus the lower score and the downhill battles this property faces as a whole. Not sure what the private beach access issues are regarding its shrinking size and the continued increase access to the pool, but this is what is killing the experience there and I highly suggest it being figured out. I have essentially raised my kids here in the summer, however, it may have been my last visit here which saddens me.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great, room was ready on time, the unit was very dirty, bathrooms had not been cleaned or sanitized to our satisfaction. Had to go buy cleaning supplies.the kitchen and tv area had lots of cereal on the floor and under tables, the kitchen had roaches in the coffee maker, the washer or dryer tore up the towels, shredded a few, afraid to do our laundry after that.

May 2021 Stay

We have stayed at many of the San Remo units over the past 5 years and this was by far the best experience. Unit 103 was so beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location on the ground floor near the pool. It is obvious the owners and the condo association take very good care of this place! Nothing was broken or in disrepair, and it appeared they invested in some well thought out improvements. Both king bedrooms were super comfortable and the black out shades on the windows and doors were appreciated. The one thing I need to commend the owners on was there was no sign of mold, mold damage, or mold smell, which happens sometimes and is forgivable being FL. We had no complaints, at all. If we had some advice, which is minimal, it would be to either take down the shower head in the guest bathroom and clean it or simply replace it. Not a big deal but obvious. Thank you for allowing us to stay at this beautiful condo at a known place and wonderful beach. It was a pleasure and we will return!

Comfortable condo!

My family and I stayed here and we had plenty of space. The beds were super comfy! Everything was very clean and nicely decorated! Patio was a plus! Not one negative comment. Enjoyed very much and would stay here again and again!
