Luxurious new home - finished in June 2022! 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bath - 4400 Sq feet. Loggia to die for ( fire place, TV, grilling area, tons of sitting! Double Deck pier (top deck is 500 sq feet) Putting green, fun back yard! 5 minutes from RTJ course and 10 minutes from Florence!
Large game room, Large den, Large Dining room, Kitchen sitting area EVERY bed room has a sitting area and its own en suite, with custom tile shower. Deck off top level of game room.
$500.00 refund if home is exited per instructions and there is no damage!!

Perfect for a guys trip to RTJ golf courses

We had 12 guys come in to play the Shoals Robert Trent Jones courses. Plenty of space to gather and plenty of beds. Would book again if we head back to The shoals.

Good as it gets for a golfing group.

Great accommodations, lots of space for after golf recreation. Couldn’t have been a better place for us to stay.

Great weekend getaway

We stayed with 4 other couples at Rebecca’s house for a weekend getaway without kids. We enjoyed the loggia and it was so nice that each bedroom had an attached bathroom. The house was well stocked and in a convenient location. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Property

We had a great weekend with Friends, Golf, and Boats! plenty of room both inside and out to accommodate a large group. We had a blast and enjoyed the entire space.

Great House for Golf

Wonderful house with plenty of room for a golf trip. The house is conveniently located by the lake and also by the RTJ courses. The host was fantastic, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Work group rental

Great place for a small work group or family. Each room has an en-suite bathroom which makes things really flexible.

Great house near RTJ courses!

This house had everything and more. Great living room and outdoor space to hang out in. We were only 6 minutes from the RTJ courses and restaurants nearby as well. Owners were very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely rent again!

Amazing

Property was beautiful. House was amazing and our kids loved the boat house overlooking the river. We bought floats and the kids played for hours in the river. Highly recommend this house.

Family 4th at the Lake

We absolutely enjoyed that there was a room for each of our adult children with a bathroom and even for the littles. The family sized table was perfect. It was a bit of a walk to the lake but we made the trip a few times to fish and rented a boat for the lake. Thank you for allowing us to use your property for much needed family fun times!!!

Ideal Layout

We have adult children who are married and while we want to spend time together, we also need individual space and privacy. The way this home is laid out with each bedroom having its own private bathroom was incredible! I wish all homes were designed in this fashion.Additionally, the huge dining table fit us all with room to spare so we could enjoy meals in the day and board games in the evening. The outdoor living space and upstairs pool table allowed us to spread out when we were trapped inside due to rain. Everyone left feeling well rested and happy and hoping to return next year!

Nice house for Golf Trip

The house is brand new and well appointed. Host communicated well and was very responsive. The house is located out of town and approximately a 7 minute drive to The Shoals golf courses. There is a grocery store located less than 2 miles from the house.

Guys Golf Trip

11 friends and myself stayed at this property for 3 nights while in town playing at The Shoals. The house was absolutely beautiful. Rebecca was very quick to respond to any questions I had before and during the stay. We especially loved the outdoor covered patio. Plenty of seats for everyone and also a tv on the wall as well. That is where we spent the majority of our time. The putting green was pretty cool as well. Overall a great place to stay if you’re in the area and great owners to work with. We really enjoyed our stay!

Nice to have six bedrooms with private bathrooms

It was nice to have a bedroom and en-suite bath for everyone. The location is convenient to the tourist sites. We did have a stopped up toilet that was not repaired until late the next day. We were also disappointed by the cleanliness. Wet clothes in the washer, dust bunnies under all the beds and some of the furniture, personal items in the bedrooms.

Wonderful place for family vacation.

The house fit my family quite well with 6 bedrooms, each with its own shower, and table space for 18. The entire house was filled with quality furniture and accessories that we've never seen in rentals before. The two-story river deck was also well equipped and great fun for all. A few raft-types were available and we brought several more, so the kids (and younger adults) practically lived on the water. Lots of good things about the house contents and outside equipment; far to much to list here.

Pros: We had a great time in this house. It’s nicely laid out and convenient to the Florence Sportsplex. The owners were very responsive to texts. The outdoor space off the kitchen was excellent. Cons: We had plumbing issues twice that had to be addressed, rendering 2 bedrooms unusable for 2 nights. The plumber told us that the owners knew about the issue and were planning to correct but hadn’t yet. The outdoor space by the lake was covered in dirt and spiderwebs, basically unusable and down a long overgrown path. Disappointing since this was heavily featured in the VRBO listing. We needed empty drawers to put clothes in for some of the bedrooms, had owners’ clothes filling them. Likewise, no pantry space- owners’ food there. Our teammates, who were also there for the cal Ripken World Series, paid much less for much nicer lake access. Suggestion that did not affect rating: the 2 bedrooms closest to the lake desperately need black out curtains - there is a bright utility light outside that can not be turned off

GOLFERS DREAM TRIP

House is just as advertised…zero complaints! Took 8 guys from Nashville for our annual golf trip and we had an unforgettable weekend. We had plenty of room and never once felt crowded at all(could’ve probably taken another foursome)Each bedroom was large, with comfortable beds and had its own bathroom. Great entertainment/gathering rooms on the first and second floor. Huge dining room table that worked perfect for playing cards. By far the best lodging experience we’ve had for one of our golf trips. The outdoor living space and putting green was a great added bonus to an already incredible house. Florence is about 15 minutes away with plenty of restaurants and a very entertaining night life. Two Championship golf courses at the RTJ Shoals are 5-7 minutes away. Lastly the host was the most professional and communicative host I’ve experienced at any vacation property. Overall experience was a 10/10 and would highly recommend to anyone!
