Villa LaMori was built in the north of Crete in the picturesque town of Prines, which is only about 10 minutes' drive from the sea. The villa is located on the edge of the village of Prines and offers wonderful privacy. The port city of Rethymno with shops, Lidl, restaurants and culture can be reached by car in 10 minutes. Just a few minutes from Prines, the traditional stone house is nestled in an old olive grove of 4,400 sqm.
Villa LaMori offers space for up to 2 families for a quiet, relaxing holiday with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. With a heated pool, all comforts and the ideal starting point for excursions and days at the beach.

Villa LaMori offers all holiday comforts on approx. 170 sqm including a covered outdoor dining room. Traditional elements such as natural stone, round arches and pine wood have been tastefully combined with modern furnishings. The large panoramic window front in the living room and traditional stone arches conjure up a bright, pleasant atmosphere in the room. The indoor fireplace and the large oriental sofa under the archway niche ensure a cozy ambience. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with satellite TV. The complete modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher and a washing machine provide the usual comfort. In the open dining area under bricked stone arches, an outdoor fireplace tempts you to spend the evenings outdoors, even in the pre- and post-season.

On the first floor is the master bedroom with a four-poster bed and a bathroom that leads directly to the roof terrace with a Jacuzzi whirlpool tub. Here you can relax and enjoy the fantastic view of the sunsets over the sea. On the 100 sqm panoramic roof terrace you can take in the sea and mountains.

The garden has been left wild and romantic. Of course, your pool area with spacious terrace is tiled and you will find comfortable garden furniture and sun loungers by the heated pool with children's pool.

**November 7th - March 31st, the prices do not include electricity! Electricity is charged extra according to consumption. (45 cents) Price on request.

The pool is not in use from December to the end of March.

In the winter prices, from November 7th to the end of April, the final cleaning is included in the price. During this time, no intermediate cleaning is included, but can be arranged and will then be charged additionally.

The length of stay from December 1st to March 31st is at least 28 nights.

The length of stay from April 1st to May 21st is at least 7 nights.

From April 1st to November 6th, the additional costs are included in the rental price.

Check-in time is 2:00 p.m., check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out can be booked if available.

Pool heating costs extra. It can be booked from April to the end of November. Price on request.

From 2024 there will be an innovation for tourism:
As of January 1, 2024, an eco-tax has been introduced for all guests. This is staggered according to category and season.
The fee from March 1 to October 31 is €15/night per villa. For the months November to February 28, the fee is €4.00/night.
The amount must be transferred directly to the landlord's account 4 weeks before arrival, who will pay it to the Greek tax office.
