Bedroom #1 offers a street view with a twin / full bunk bed, with a trundle bed and ceiling fan, sharing a hall shower / tub combo bathroom. Bedroom #2 is a street view bedroom with a queen bed and ceiling fan, sharing a hall bathroom shower / tub combo with bedroom #1. Bedroom #3 offers a canal view with a queen bed, TV, and ceiling fan, this bedroom has its very own gorgeous private double vanity bathroom.

This is a PET FRIENDLY property: $250 Non-refundable pet fee is required and is limited to a single dog up to 50 pounds. An additional dog(s) may be allowed provided that they are pre-approved by PROACTIVE Vacations. Additional Fees will apply for more than one dog. Guests must crate pets when they are left in the home unattended.

Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15. This home does not offer pool heat. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals.
