Centrally located chalet offers a truly immersive experience in the heart of the LP and minutes away from beaches and wineries and steps away from golf course The warm wood interior and abundant natural light provides a serene atmosphere. Spend your days lounging on the deck and enjoying the tranquility of the peninsula. As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit for a cozy evening under the stars.
The Viking jetted Tub allows you to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Bring your furry friend along for the adventure.

The house is located in the Sugarloaf Chalet subdivision and is perfect for golfing, outdoor adventure, wine tasting trip, or simply a change of scenery for a remote worker. Close to Glen Arbor, the house is a perfect winter retreat. You can cross country ski and snowshoe out the back door or take advantage of the many winter trials nearby. Experience the true essence of northern living in our cozy home, complete with a wood-burning stove. Enjoy the warmth and ambiance created by a crackling fire, while savoring the peaceful serenity of the surrounding nature.
We've Got You Covered
To make your stay even more comfortable, we provide a steady supply of firewood for the stove. No need to worry about sourcing fuel; simply relax and enjoy the cozy atmosphere.
1600 sq ft. house with functional space and furniture. Everything you need and nothing you don't. Enjoy new, modern furniture, a super comfortable beds and couch. Large table with plenty of space for dining for six. A dedicated desk in the loft for working remotely with a high speed WIFI internet and a desktop monitor for your use. Huge bathrooms with shower and tub and laundry facility. The hot tub is available all year. Well appointed kitchen with stove, microwave and all of the dishes and cookware you need. Walk right out the slide door to your private patio. This house is comfy and cozy all year long. Lots of thoughtful touches and amenities throughout.

You will have access to the entire house except for the garage. Well water....so plan on bringing drinking water...safe to drink but has a strong mineral taste. We do provide filtered drinking water.

Everything was very clean and amenities were as listed. The location and house was quiet and easy to get to. There was plenty of space for our family of six to spread out and also to gather together. Highly recommend.

This was a lovely house outside of Cedar. Not far from places of interest like Glen Arbor, Traverse City, or Sutton's Bay. If you have trouble with stairs, I would not recommend this place just because the main floor is the second floor. First floor is just 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, upstairs is the living room, kitchen and another bedroom. Then the third floor is the loft with twin beds. The downstairs shower is very tiny, and smelled like rust, but that may just be well water I am guessing. But everything else was great and clean, and had everything we needed. Owner is just a phone call away. We did not use the hot tub or fire pit.

The property was in a nice location for us to explore the quaint towns and Sleeping Bear Dunes. The central living area was very comfortable. The inside stairs, tho clever, are not for the faint of heart.

Beautiful cabin on great location!

Cabin is gorgeous and hot tub is the cherry on top! Our family had a great time! Lots of fun things to do, from the sleeping bear dunes, tubing, horseback riding, scenic drive for an astonishing sunset to grilling at the cabin and chilling in the hot tub after a fun day! Highly recommend!

Perfect family get away

Great location for enjoying several activities in the surrounding area. The house was well equipped for our 5 adults and pup. The internet, TV, fire pit, and deck were all great amenities to have.

Great stay!

This is a cute little spot perfect for a family or a few couples. We stayed here during February and did some wine tasting with friends. Plenty of room for everyone, the hot tub was a nice bonus, location is close to lots to do, good communication with hosts to trouble shoot a tv error. Would highly recommend!

What a cute house - outside looks like it could have been from a fairy tale! It was perfect for a weekend away as a couple. King bed and couch were comfortable for relaxing. The bathroom was very clean. The hot tub was amazing! Close to Sleeping Bear Dunes and Traverse City. Two of the bedrooms were downstairs right next to the entry door, so probably not suitable for younger kids as the main bedroom is upstairs.

Great Spot for Family Vacation

Had our adult kids in town for summer vacation. The location was close to everything we wanted to do (Sleeping Bear, Glen Arbor, Leland, bike trails and beaches. Loved the big deck and hot tub. Used the grill and fire pit a lot!

Would love to stay there again.

Me and my family enjoyed spending Christmas there. The house is really nice, very cozy, clean and comfortable. It even had a small Christmas tree next to the fireplace. Thank you! We’d love to come back in the summer.

Had a wonderful stay, everything we needed was there! Hot tub was fabulous, clean and a nice addition! Only recommendation I would have is the pillows and mattresses were not comfortable. My husband ended up sleeping on the couch which was more comfortable than the master bedroom mattress. A lot of tossing and turning. But with that said, everyone’s level of mattress comfort is different, we prefer a softer mattress while others may appreciate a harder mattress! Not a deal breaker at all!

The property is well kept and great for a large group. Communication was average and really didn’t answer my questions thoroughly after arriving. Everything worked as it should. We bought smaller pieces of wood for the indoor stove to make them fit.

Up North getaway

Wonderful vacation! The chalet was great, just as advertised. So close to so many things to do in this beautiful part of Michigan. We enjoyed the hot tub after a day out hiking or golfing. So close to a great beach and vineyards for wine tasting. Had a couple of questions during the week and the response was quick and helpful.

Great weekend getaway to see colors in Northern Michigan

The property exceeded my expectations. It was clean and had plenty of room for the three of us. The hot tub, fire pit and fireplace were as advertised. There were several unexpected amenities like streaming channels and fresh coffee.

Magical chalet in Michigan's loveliest peninsula

Our group loved staying at Manvinder's comfy chalet near Sugarloaf Resort in the Leelenau peninsula. The space has everything you need and we really loved the lovely view of the woods and meadow from the deck and of course the hot tub! The chalet is close to so many fun things to do we're already planning our next trip up north. I can't recommend this place enough. It was really wonderful:)

Great Space and House

We came up for Christmas and New Years from Chicago. Great space, house and location. Super clean and beds were very comfortable. Super quiet and had everything we needs for a great stay. The only issue I had was with the coffee maker…very slow drip, but everything else was amazing. Would be great for the summertime too!

We offer free high speed internet, so working while on vacation is possible and fun. I routinely zoom into meetings from the cabin and the pine wood background is just amazing.
