Condo at the beautiful Dunes Village Resort with the most amenities in all of Myrtle Beach! Voted #1 Family Resort in Myrtle Beach by Tripadvisor and The Today Show!

The INDOOR and Heated waterparks provide the best experience rain or shine! No resort can say they keep the kids happy quite like Dunes Village!You won't want to leave the resort! Relax in one of the 3 whirlpools or pick up the pace on one of the 4 water slides!

In addition to uninterrupted views of the beautiful ocean, this condo has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The bedroom has 2 queen beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa and a Murphy bed so the unit can accommodate up to 8 people! Use your full kitchen to cook some meals at your private condo while hearing the ocean waves come in through the sliding balcony door. The unit also has a washer/dryer machine so you do not have to leave the unit if you wish to do laundry.

Free on-site parking, linens included, gym, WiFi, on-site restaurant and Tiki bar!

Waterpark hours are 9:00 AM - 11:00 PM. In the off season, these hours may change but will be posted in the resort elevators. Guests will have access to the parking garage, fitness center, waterparks, pools, and the onsite restaurant. Guests do NOT have access to valet parking and cannot charge things to their room.

You will have access to your unit via keyless entry. An access code will be provided to you prior to your arrival. No checking in or out at the front desk will be required.

Great location

We had a great time staying at this property and enjoying all it had to offer. There are so many things to keep the kids entertained at this location (pools, hot tubs, slides, lazy river, and beach). The room had everything we needed and was very clean upon arrival.

Family Getaway

Family Trip

We enjoyed our stay in this room. It comfortably fit 6 of us, mostly children. Room had a great view of the beach and the resort had plenty of activities for the kids to enjoy. The owner was always quick to respond to any questions.

Quick holiday getaway.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Dunes resort. Our host was very amazing and helpful. Always responding in a timely fashion. The condo was well stocked with all kinds of items that came in handy right down to the beach toys.

Great for family

We had an amazing time! Initially we couldn't get into the unit because the keyless entry didn't work. Jared was efficient and assisted right away. The unit had plenty of space for our family of 7! The unit was clean and was exactly what we needed.

Wonderful room for my family

This room was very clean and very close to an elevator which was very convenient for my parents (67). The host Jared was quick to answer all of my messages. This hotel offers so many pool options , my son & niece loved the water slides and lazy river and my parents the jacuzzis. The beach was very close as well. The restaurant downstairs had a bar and food was good. Overall our stay was wonderful and I would definitely book another room in the future.

End of Summer Vaca

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located condo. Tons of activities with the multiple pools, spas, splash pads, lazy rivers, and big slides. The walk to the beach is very short and easy. Our only complaint is this is a poorly equipped kitchen. Bring your own equipment if you're cooking more than bacon, eggs, and toast. Otherwise, very nice place. Owner was very quick to respond when I had questions.

Great Location

We were close to everything that we did during our week long stay. Nothing was more than a 20 minute drive. The condo is located right next to the beach with easy beach access from multiple locations. There were also multiple indoor and outdoor pools as well as water slides. There were activities for the kids to do every day. A weekly schedule is posted in the elevator. Speaking of elevators, we rarely had to wait for one. The elevators are very quick. The owner was very responsive any time I sent him a message.

Totally impressive!

Our stay was amazing! Location was great, and the place was very clean. Plenty of bed space for our group of 5. The water park was great to have for the tennis to keep them busy along with the game room. The owner was very responsive and so nice. We enjoyed our stay and will return again for sure!

Labor Day excursion

Rental was overall good. Unfortunately for the amount it’s a little over priced. Upon arrival, discovered the living room tv had very limited channels and remote worked backwards. Volume is channel and channel is volume. Took a while to figure that out. Had to search for face cloths and towels while reaching out to the host . By the way he never Never responded back. Before arriving host was very responsive. Access to get in front door is complicated with a 5 digit code while resort provided a keycard that didn’t work. Took kids to beach to discover beach toys were broken in which we decided to add an orange bucket for the next guest so the kids wouldn’t be disappointed as our kids were. The beds were heaven. First time in a long time I slept until 9am everyday. The trundle bed was very disappointing as my oldest child had to settle for the pullout couch because the trundle had some sort of wet stains across the bottom of the mattress cover and Unfortunately when addressed to the host, no reply. The garbage disposal made noise and wreaked of a foul sewage odor when not in use. The stay was pleasant aside from the mentioned. Minutes away from everything and the amenities to the resort were enjoyable for the family.

The whole process was great! Everything was as described. The kids loved the pools and water slides and we were close to everything we wanted to do. Jared always got back to us immediately with answers to any of our questions. Would definitely book this place again.

"Best 3Days of My Life"

This condo was clean, roomy and had everything we needed plus some. Our Grandkids had plenty of space and so much to do. They loved everything in the water parks from the water slides to the ping pong tables. We enjoyed the awesome ocean view from our balcony! We were back and forth from ocean to water park. Our 7 year old Grandson said "It was the best 3 Days of his Life" From oldest to youngest we had an amazing time! Jared was so helpful and quick to reply to all questions! We give 5 Stars!!!

Great Place For A Family Vacation

We stayed at this condo at the Dunes Village Resort from June 18th-23rd. At the beginning we were skeptical because it was a new listing with no reviews but took the chance. If you are in the same boat, TAKE THE CHANCE! 🙂 The condo was clean and had a good view of the beach. Communication with owner was awesome! Very quick to respond to any questions we had!! Kitchen was super clean and had all the cookware and dishes we needed. Since we were staying for several days with children, we wanted to cook and eat in as much as possible. All the extra pool areas that were available at the resort were very nice! Had pools and slides for the older kids and attractions for the younger kids too. The pools were great to visit after coming from the beach. This condo had a vending machine just a few steps away from our door, great for a quick snack or drink. There was a fitness center on the same floor for anyone who wanted to get a quick exercise in. We would definitely recommend the condo to others and we would rent from Jared again!!.
