Our East Shore Cottage No. 482 is nestled in the heart of the tourist district offering modern accommodations designed for any kind of vacationer. This beautiful beach cottage is within walking distance to the beach, beach shops and restaurants.

This inviting getaway is perfect for a small family or couples looking to spend some time in the sun!

Experience this unique combination of beach charm, elevated service and sophisticated amenities and get ready to relax, unwind and create memories that will last a lifetime!

This newly renovated three-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat boasts a full kitchen stocked with all the essentials and stainless steel appliances, and table seating for 5 guests and an elevated bar area that hosts seating for another 3 guests. In the evenings, kick back, relax, and watch TV in the comfortable living area or on the outside patio complete with a BBQ grill.

The main living room features a Soda bed.

The primary bedroom features a Queen bed, the second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has a Queen bed. The primary bathroom has a shower and the second bathroom has a shower.

A complete laundry room is right off the patio area.

This property allows 1 pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes.

Spend your day walking along the pristine white sandy beach which is just a block away from this beautiful beach cottage. There are many other activities just steps outside this street. Our rental property is located in a central area walking distance to the Pier, restaurants and much more.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

Great location-walking distance to shops, restaurants and most importantly, the BEACH! Home was clean and well stocked with starter essentials. Beach towels included. Bed was comfortable as well. No complaints, would definitely stay again.

First time Gulf visitors

Amazing location and clean!!!

My family (3 adult couples) stayed in this property to attend a wedding. Very clean and new! We loved having coffee on the back patio. Very walkable to the beach and restaurants - dinner, coffee shops, bars! Beach chair rental place right on the beach was convenient. Would love to come back!!

Great location & all the comforts of home!

We were very impressed with this cute 3 bedroom 2 bath updated cottage! Loved having the backyard outdoor space with patio table and grill and our own laundry area was very convenient! We were able to spend more time with our family staying here over a hotel room. I was happy to find shampoo/conditioner and soap in each shower and beach towels for our use. The only thing missing were ice trays to make ice for our drinks. It also would have been nice to have an extra garbage bag or two and an extra roll of paper towels but that was mentioned in the description of the rental so we were aware we may have to shop for a few things. Overall, very nice and would love to stay here again.

The location is great, far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to be able to walk to everything. If you have "littles", the walk to the beach may be a little tiresome in the heat. For adults it's fantastic.I'll also mention it was very clean. Always important to us when we are on a trip and we felt right at home.The only thing I would mention, which is not to take as a negative, but just as something to note. Overall the place is well stocked with items like dishes/pots/pans, shampoo/conditioner, etc... it is not stocked with any "starter items" such as coffee, laundry soap, etc. So that made it a little difficult to do any laundry. We only stayed for two days and had to hop back on a plane, so we weren't going waste spending $$ on laundry detergent we would only use once. Just be aware.The place as a whole is great. Really loved our stay.
