This unique vacation option is located in West Harwich on West Main Street, aka Route 28, so it's right at the epicenter of everything you love about Cape Cod. Sandy Grey Neck and Pleasant Road Beaches on Nantucket Sound are each less than a four-minute drive. Located just over the Harwich Line, Dennis Port village is close by. You're within walking distance of popular restaurants such as the Noble House, the Red Nun and Aunties Ice Cream Parlor. You'll be delighted by other small gift shops, galleries and The Cape Cod Theatre Company. Mini-golf anyone?

At the property your group can gather in the courtyard surrounding the in ground heated pool and enjoy outdoor summer living at its Cape Cod best. The pool is a great bonus for the kids when they come off the beach. There's an outdoor dining table and chairs, a big gas grill, a firepit and an enclosed outdoor shower. The large private yard makes great play space for children.

The main house is the hub of the property. A large kitchen with a center island is handy to the deck for meal prep as family members hang out by the pool. The dining room is off the kitchen with seating for all.

The open concept kitchen opens to a living room with seating around the TV for movie nights. There is an office space off the living room for those who need to work remote. A full bath with a shower/tub combo completes the first floor.

The second level in the main house has two bedrooms and a bonus area. The first bedroom has a queen bed. The second has two twin beds.

The second separate living space is located in the front of the house and is also just off the pool deck. This new space is perfect for grandparents that crave some extra room and privacy. This is a two room cottage that has a full kitchen with dining/living combo area, large TV and even a desk area if needed. A small deck leads to the pool area. The bedroom has a queen bed with an ensuite full bath.

A third separate brand new accommodation (Spring 2023) is the detached carriage house across the driveway from the two other spaces. The carriage house's lower level offers a family room with TV and gaming table. On the main level there's a kitchenette, small dining and living room area, another TV and a full bath. Upstairs you'll find a queen bedroom, two twins, and still another full bath. There is central air conditioning throughout carriage house.

The other dwellings have air conditioning using window units and mini splits. There is also cable/smart TV and high speed Wi-Fi.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $195 .
