Perfect cozy home with plenty of space for family and friends to gather. The teenagers loved the pool and we enjoyed relaxing around the fire pit. The outdoor shower was great. My only recommendation would be to put a reflective strip or paint on the steps from the deck to the fire pit as the steps are invisible at night and we stumbled a couple of times. I would definitely stay here again. The location is great for taking day trips around the Cape. Also, we loved the clam strips and gazpacho at Cobie’s on 6A. Overall a wonderful getaway for the whole crew!

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed everything about this home! The house was spotless, beautifully and tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking and enjoying meals at the house so easy.The pool was definitely one of the highlights of our stay—we spent relaxing afternoons there and absolutely loved it. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to everything we wanted to do while still being a great place to come back and relax.The host was fantastic—friendly, thoughtful, and very responsive whenever we had a question. You can tell a lot of care has gone into making the house welcoming and comfortable for guests.We had such a great experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

House can sleep a lot of people and having the pool is great. Well decorated and responsive host. The reason for a lower review is that when we arrived at the house, we discovered there were no linens. The House welcome packet including this information, but it is buried on a later page and easily could be missed. I would expect at the price point of the house that they would supply linens and instead we had to spend an additional 400 to rent linens and towels last minute. In addition, the outdoor patio desperately needs replacing as people in our party got splinters, and there were nails sticking out in spots and loose patio boards. Again at this price point I would expect more.

Thank you for noting that you enjoyed the house, private pool, décor, and our responsiveness. We were disappointed by the 3-star rating, however, and would like to clarify several points for future guests. Regarding linens, we are sorry this came as a surprise, but the fact that linens are not included is clearly disclosed in multiple places—not simply on a later page of the welcome packet. It is prominently stated in our VRBO listing, in the rental rules provided as part of the booking process, and again in the welcome information. We intentionally communicate this policy multiple times so guests can plan accordingly. When we learned that your group had arrived without linens, we immediately tried to help and offered to loan you our personal linens at no additional cost. Your group chose instead to use a linen rental service. We completely respect that choice, but we feel it is important to clarify that the additional $400 linen rental expense was not something you were required to incur. The review also refers several times to the “price point” of the property. For context, this reservation was booked at a substantial last-minute discount of nearly 40% off our listed rate. Regardless of the rate paid, however, we want every guest to have a safe and enjoyable stay. We appreciate you bringing the patio/deck concerns to our attention. Guest safety is important to us, and we are addressing the areas you identified. We are glad your group enjoyed the spacious home, pool, décor, and our responsiveness. We also hope this clarification provides future guests with a more complete picture, particularly regarding our clearly disclosed linen policy and the assistance offered during this stay.

Comfortable fun hospitality home

5 bedrooms were enjoyed by 7 adults in the comfortable, relaxing escape to Cape Cod. We enjoyed the heated pool in September, and nights outside by the gas firepit. Convenient location.

Wonderful stay in Brewster

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was just as advertised: clean and updated with lots of beds. The kids made good use of the heated pool and game room. It’s centrally located to Brewster and Orleans beaches, the rail trail and Nickerson park.

We had a wonderful week a lovely home that fit our family just perfectly. The pool in the backyard was a hit for adult kids and grandkids! The kitchen was well stocked and the availability of beach items in the garage was helpful. The host stayed in contact and was very attentive.

A great retreat

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is well appointed and perfect for a family vacation. The pool was perfect. Shixin was very responsive to any questions. The Brewster beaches are great for kids and well-situated for trips to other parts of the Cape.

Girls Getaway Weekend

This home was perfect for a girls' weekend! The property had everything we needed, and the host was incredibly communicative from the time we booked. The location was ideal to be able to visit many of the towns both north and south of Brewster. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay in Brewster

This house was just as advertised and great for three generations of a family (ages 2 - 79). We had enough room to spread out but also great common space for us all to be together. The pool was awesome. Nice quiet street which was good for kids to ride their bikes and adults to walk/jog. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Relaxing and luxurious

We all enjoyed our stay , plenty of room to spread out and lots of thoughtful activities and supplies. The heated pool was incredible and a massive hit with the family. Look no further if you want a fully stocked house with it all!

Fantastic place!

We just loved our stay here! Great location, beautiful home. Especially the kitchen as we stayed in for eating and it has everything we needed and the space for us to prepare some big meals. We like to cook so this was important to us! Lots of room for us as everyone got a good sized bedroom. Nice getaway place. Will return next year!

House was a good fit. Cute and comfortable. Outdoor space needed work. Kids loved the pool and the ping pong table. Not much within walking distance but lots within easy drive. We had a great time.

Amazing week on the Cape

The house was clean and super comfortable. We love the pool and the closeness to the beaches. Our kids had a fabulous time down in the game room. We will be back!

Had a wonderful stay

The house is absolutely lovely and tastefully decorated with a charming coastal theme. It’s impeccably clean and beautifully appointed, just as shown in the photos. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay even more convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool—the water was crystal clear and inviting. The location is fantastic as well. Thank you, Shixin, for sharing your wonderful home with us. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing house in the Cape!

We had such a wonderful experience!!! The house and backyard pool were absolutely amazing! There are tons of wonderful beaches and restaurants all within a few minutes drive! Shixin responded right away to all of our needs or questions and she could not have been more accommodating! We would definitely stay there again!!

Had a great time staying here.

We love our stay at this property! It’s conveniently located in the center of Brewster abutting Orleans and Chatham. Close to many beaches in these towns. House is very clean and tastefully decorated. Very well stocked kitchen. Pool is heated which is very nice. Perfect for family vacation. Everything just as advertised. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Perfect property for our family of 11. Surprisingly roomy and comfortable. Check-in was flawless. You could tell the house has been recently renovated. Indoor and outdoor dining tables were great and easily accommodated all of us. The game room and pool were wonderful add-ons. Host was very quick to respond to questions. A wonderful property for large groups.

Terrific rental!

Clean, well-equipped, spacious house with great backyard and heated pool. Prompt replies from owner. Terrific mid-Cape location within 10-minute drive of beaches, bike rail trail, Nickerson State Park, and good food and grocery options.

Very clean, great location

The house was very clean and bright and cheery. Shixin was extremely accommodating -- even lending us her own daughter's bike. The location in Brewster is very central to everything -- beaches, lakes, parks and downtowns. Would highly recommend.

Rappaport Review of Kailan's Estate

The Property was very comfortable to live and completely as advertised. The Host was responsive and courteous. My family (total of 8) stayed the first week and my college friends (total of 7) stayed the second. Both enjoyed the property tremendously. I would definitely rent there again in the future.

It is in a quiet neighborhood that kids can bike or play freely, yet also very close to beautiful beaches and Nickerson State Park which you can enjoy unlimited fun activities during a daytime excursion.
