This well maintained unit features a complex pool with ocean views, and a private balcony for quiet sunrises over the water. Easy access to the ocean via the boardwalk. New crossover completed with easier access to the beach - no steps!

NOTICE: The pool at Spanish Main will be closed due to a Pool Resurfacing Project. This project will begin Wednesday, November 5th and will procced through Monday, December 15th. Weather may effect this schedule.

Nice place conveniently located

Fairly quiet area. Close to restaurants - nicely done interior and well maintained and cared for bettter than some weā€™ve seen and stayed in. We would stay there again.

Hanging at the beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The place had everything we needed. Beds/pillows were comfortable. Great location - easy access to the beach. The whole property was very nicely maintained. Only drawback was very limited parking, however, there is an overflow area in the front grass. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Great spot by the beach!

We love Cocoa Beach, and this was our second visit to Spanish Main. The location to the beach and area attractions is central and convenient. The condo itself was very clean, well stock and very comfortable. We loved the location within the complex, easy exit and entrance from the parking lots. The pool and ocean view were perfect. We will be back!

First visit to Cocoa Beach

This was our first visit to Cocoa Beach. We had a great experience with the apartmentā€™s location. Beautiful views of the beach and it is also great that is the corner unit. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The owner is very helpful and easy to communicate with. I definitely look forward to staying in this location in the future.

Great Place to Stay

Overall everything was great, fully equipped Kitchen, some beach accessories (although we purchased beach chairs and left them hoping they will be there when we return next year). The unit was well furnished and comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable. Bathroom well organized and functional. The front door lock was a little finicky at times.

Perfect!

Everything was just as I hoped. The condo is in an excellent location within the complex and the unit is updated; simply & tastefully furnished. Beds were comfortable. Beautiful views of ocean and easy access to beach. We appreciated the beach chairs too! Would stay again for a month or two next year but, sadly, itā€™s not available!

Nice stay

The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking. Carpeting had stains that appeared to be animal stains even though pet's weren't allowed. Kitchen cupboards needed to be wiped down better. Master bedroom bed was very high, would be tough to get into if you are short. Overall the unit had most everything you need. We would stay again.

Nice place to stay in Cocoa Beach

This condo was better stocked than any other place we have rented. The kitchen lacked nothing. Even had some cooking oil and spices! Laundry soap, fabric softener, and cleaning products available. That was great. Having a washer and drier in the unit is a great bonus. Plenty of kitchen towels, bath towels, sheets, etc. Great access to the beach. Pool area not terribly noisy, which was nice. TV channels were abundant. Would be nice to replace the window shades in the master bedroom as they have taken a beating. Property manager was very responsive. Enjoyed our stay here!

Family vacation 2023

Location of condo was excellent, right on the beach and close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Our unit overlooked the pool and beach from the balcony, we loved to sit out there and enjoy the ocean breeze and sunrise. The unit was nice and clean. We did have minor issues with the keypad and deadbolt but we got the hang of it after awhile. Lots of beach stuff provided for us in the unit so that was very convenient and helpful. We loved this place and so did other members of our family who stayed in other units for our family reunion that we all got together for that week. Will definitely be back!

Clean, basic accommodation

This was an older condo unit with direct beach access. The unit was clean and it was nice being able to walk right out to the beach. Our unit had a balcony with a lovely view of the ocean. There were plenty of supplies for the washing machine and dishwasher. Only complaint is parking. On our final night we returned from dinner to find no parking spaces available. I was able to get a text response which gave instructions on where to park for overflow, but that should have been included with the basic information.

Fall break get away

This is our second time staying in this unit. Great location close to things, but not right in the middle of everything. Several good restaurants within walking distance. Unit had everything we needed for the beach except an umbrella. We really appreciated the cooler and beach picnic blanket. Beds are comfy and coffee, filters, salt, pepper, oil, Pam spray, tin foil and ketchup in the unit. Pool is nice on the beach side and there are plenty of chairs. Beach towels are in the unit and there are some laundry pods to wash if needed. The beach is really nice and never felt crowded. Great and easy vacation. Will stay here again. Owners are attentive to communcation.

Long weekend with my daughters

Property was very nice. Beach is great for swimming, playing and walking. The condo is not direct ocean front, but the first side unit so there is a nice view and I could see my kids on the beach. Plenty of towels and beach chairs provided. There were some dry goods in the cupboard, which was nice. I would for sure stay here again.

I wish every VRBO was like this

Parking is easy and was always available. If you grocery shop, there are grocery carts by the elevator to make it easy. The unit is as pictured and is located ideally between elevator, pool and beach access. Both bedrooms have full bathrooms and can work for a family or 2 couples. The beach is your backyard. The view from the balcony is spectacular. We were even able to see launces during our stay. The beach wasn't crowded at all. The unit was clean and all the linens/towels(including all items in linen closet) smelled of being freshly laundered. The kitchen is excellently equipped. As a mother that cooks for our vacations, I can assure there wasn't anything I needed that I couldn't find. Past guests have also left behind helpful items in case you forget. There are basic condiments, olive oil, laundry pods, etc. Toilet paper, trash bags, paper towel, sponges, dishwasher pods and such are provided but if your stay is longer than a few days, plan to bring your own to supplement. The furniture is very comfortable and includes 3 recliners. Beds were comfortable enough. The WIFI is a complicated situation and we were unable to use it during our stay. We didn't get hung up on that because you have good cell service from unit and you have cable tv so it's not a deal breaker. The building isn't quiet but it isn't super noisy either. The other guests were friendly and having a good time. There were couples and families. It was very pleasant. The unit has many beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and other helpful items to offer for your use. Check in and check out was simple. We will definitely stay again. You will not regret staying here.

Great stay!

We had a great time staying here while in Cocoa beach. The condo is in a great location and was perfect for our family. The beach and pool were never overly crowded and we were a short distance from lots of great restaurants. Would recommend and will def stay here again when in the area.

Great time! Iā€™d buy the condo if it were for sale.

We had a great time. The beach was fun and the water perfect, we got to see a rocket launch on Sunday, great food at the various places we ate at and the condo was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and will plan to be back.
