Enjoy privacy with the peace & quiet of country living on 2 acres. This Custom-Built home away from home is perfect for Romantic vacations, Private getaways and family gatherings. All new amenities, spacious open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, Wi-Fi, TVs in every room, fully stocked kitchen & add'l luxury amenities. Amazing outdoor areas: fire pit, 2 BBQ's & endless views. Only minutes away is Lake Lowell, the Snake River & Sunnyslope Wine Trail for wine connoisseurs.
This is a beautifully decorated and designed - extremely spacious custom built country ranch home sitting on 2 private acres. The Cool Ranch House has ALL NEW FURNISHINGS AND FURNITURE including mattresses, beds and smart TVs in every room. We provide wi-fi, Netflix and Roku plus some others. Lake Lowell & Snake River are only minutes away. Beautiful views abound: East view is of the Boise Mountain Range, to the South is large farming crops and cattle and the West you can enjoy the sparkling lights from Marsing as well as the Owyhee Mountains, Lizard Butte, a slight glimpse of the Snake River and breath-taking sunsets. We have an abundance of birds, quail and rabbits. We do ask guests to enjoy but not to disturb these little guys as we and many guests immensely enjoy their presence. The home is equipped with a whole home water purification and filtration system. The master bedroom has an elegant king canopy bed with new zero gravity mattress and adjustable base, 65" smart TV, leather couch seating. The master bath has a walk-in shower with double shower heads, real rock flooring and dual vanity sinks. The 2nd bedroom is down a private hall which has a King size bed, new mattress, large windows, and a smart TV. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed with new mattress, smart TV and a sitting bay window with beautiful views. The 4th bedroom has new mattresses with 2 twin beds suitable for adults or kids, a 3rd trundle bed, and additional air mattresses if needed, a smart TV, books and a game console and a beautiful wall mural / selfie wall. The fully stocked kitchen has a vaulted ceiling, and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, 5 burner stove, the sink has a triple water filtration system and reverse osmosis system, Fridge has purified water system for ice maker, large island, tons of cabinets, waffle iron, hand mixer, toaster, blender, electric can opener, BBQ utensils, dinnerware for 12, silverware, knife set, coffee bar, wine bar, dining table seating 8 and bar top sitting for 4. The kitchen opens up to the living room which has vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, 65" smart TV, surround sound, tons of natural lighting, a large cuddle couch with a chase on one end. Across from the living room is a casual library sitting area. The Laundry room is fully equipped with new large capacity front load washer & dryer. There is a full 2nd bathroom off the living room. There is a fully stocked game closet with both indoor & outdoor games. Outside there is a ton of room but it is NOT fully fenced. On the back patio we have a propane firepit, a smoker, and a propane/ charcoal BBQ’er combo. We do provide some propane and charcoals from time to time but unfortunately, we are not able to refill tank or charcoal on a regular basis so you will need to bring your own or have our tanks filled just down the road. There is also a patio table, chairs and umbrella. The front of the home features trees, plants, and flowers along with solar lighting, circle drive and ample parking. This home is only minutes away from Lowell for fishing, boating, wakeboarding, tubing, jet skiing, picnicking & day camping. The Snake River is even closer for rafting, boating, fishing, picnicking and it even has a wonderful playground next to the river for the kiddos. Jump Creek features a beautiful 60-foot waterfall & is great for hiking and swimming. There is a free gun range for target practice and for sighting in hunting rifles, Pickle Butte OHV has trails for dirt bike lovers and numerous local wine tasting vineyards for the wine connoisseurs. Not far away are other local attractions include Roaring Springs Water Park in Meridian and Bogus Basin Ski Resort in Bogus Basin. Let's not forget the amazing and historic downtown Boise. No matter what you’re looking for the area always has a multitude of activities and options for every season.

We are happy to accommodate any guests bringing a boat, jet skis, trailers, etc. with additional parking for free, with prior approval. Guests bringing an RV or trailer are not permitted to have additional guests stay inside the RV or trailer and we do not provide hook-ups just the free parking.

We do allow pre-approved pets. We have security features for the safety of all our guests as well as our own. These devices include active smart locks and active ring doorbells on doors. We do NOT have any devices in view of any private areas inside or outside of the home or property, this includes bedrooms and bathrooms. We respect peoples' rights including the right to privacy, and we believe in finding balance between those privacy rights and technology. We will be adding extra active security cameras and motion lights on the property covering exterior out buildings, entry/ exit driveways and active ring doorbells on the back doors as well as a smart thermostat and decibel detector on the inside. The decibel detector will monitor noise decibels (sound) and does not record words, voices or conversations, only sound decibels. Owners may, on a rare occasion be onsite staying in the guest house. The guest house does not have views of the main houses front or back yard areas and it does have its own driveway, thus keeping the 2 homes and areas separated. Owners will only interact with guests if the guests initiates & welcomes the interaction. Someone will always be available via message platform, text or cell. We do require a signed terms of service agreement and a copy of a valid state issued ID. Off limit areas include the hot tub, shop, 3-car garage, area behind shop, garden sheds, dirt driveway access road, and the guest house.

Please note, while we strongly encourage and welcome family gatherings, we do NOT tolerate parties, inappropriate or illegal activities or smoking of any kind inside the home.

Guests have access to the entire home including the front yard, back yard, patio area, and parking area in front. Prohibited areas include the hot tub, shop, area behind shop, garden sheds, dirt driveway access road, all garages and the guest house.

Our home welcomes families with kids, we have several amenities for infants and children, but we do not claim the home to be infant or child safe. We do not have safety features such as electric plug covers or sharp edge covers in addition to other safety factors. The property line is fenced with white 2 panel horse fencing but is not fenced off entirely so pets and children must be supervised.
We do have a large water heater, we do not have endless hot water so if all guests are trying to shower during the same time period, they may have to wait for water to reheat.
We are located in the country surrounded by farms and some cattle. For anyone not familiar with living in the country please understand that some guests, on a rare occasion, may experience the sweet smell of country living, that would be the cattle LOL and from time to time there may be a field mouse that comes to visit, flies or bees. This is nature and out of our control.
Since we are out in the country we have a water well, not city water. Water from wells have a common tendency to have a lot of minerals, this can cause an unpleasant odor rarely and only for a short time. We do have the whole house Puronics water filtration system in place providing clean and safe drinking water.

Came for my best friends wedding. Perfect place for 8. Jennifer was so kind and the whole process for extremely easy. And perfect for our fur babies. Could not have asked for a better place.

Great peaceful stay in the country
We were in the area for a family celebration. The communication with the property manager was spot on and very easy. Getting into the house was no problem and we had no issues with anything. (Except there was nothing to open a bottle of wine!) I have stayed at many VRBOs over the years and this place was clean (I always come with some supplies) and my mom and I were very pleased with the cleanliness! It is a bright, light open space home with room for everyone. My 13yr old son was happy about the zbox lol but actually rarely played it! It’s a beautiful home with lots of peace and quiet and we appreciated it. It is out in the country about 15-20 minutes from all the Caldwell/Nampa things but we didn’t mind because we live out in the country. We were disappointed we didn’t have time to explore more! I would definitely come back and stay again to see family in the area.

Second Visit as Perfect as the First Visit
Our family has roots in Owyhee County and this was the second time we were privileged to stay in this spectacular home on the Snake River so that we could attend a family event near Marsing. Just like last October, everything about the home, the host, and the location were absolutely perfect.

Quiet in the country
This is a well kept place with all you need to enjoy your time. The bedrooms were well setup with the big dining and living area having room for all to enjoy together. The hot tub was nice, with room for everyone. The fire pit on the patio was a must for sitting around and talking during the evening. While some lounged in the hot tub. The rabbits and gambel’s quail were fun to watch while the doves serenaded from the trees. Communication was excellent from our host. We throughly enjoyed our stay here!
