You’re welcome to bring along your furry family members! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, you must include all pets in your reservation and complete the pet fee payment prior to check-in.

★ NO PARTIES, EVENTS, OR UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS ★
We ask you to treat our home with respect to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. All guests must be confirmed with the host and any extra guest fees must be paid, if applicable, before arrival.

★ LARGE GROUPS OF 18+ ★
Our home comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests. For any additional guests beyond this number, a fee of $20 per person, per day will apply. This fee helps cover the extra cleaning and wear and tear on the property. Please note: the platform doesn’t allow you to enter more than 16 guests. If you’re planning to bring more than 18 guests, you must reach out to confirm with me in advance.

Please refrain from smoking during your stay! Any smoking evidence will incur a $500 fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

For the safety, security, and enforcement of house rules, we have installed 3 exterior security cameras on the premises in the following locations: front entryway, front yard and parking area, and backyard.
