This charming split-level home and spacious backyard are exclusively yours to enjoy during your stay. Please note that there are two detached guesthouses on the property. We live in one, and the other is currently under renovation. As a result, parking and back walkways are shared. We appreciate your understanding and are excited to host you in our lovely home!

Please note that while the home and the backyard are private and exclusively yours, the parking area is a shared space with guests in the two guest-homes that are also located on the property.

★ LARGE GROUPS OF 10+ ★
Our home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. For any additional guests beyond this number, a fee of $20 per person, per day will apply. This fee helps cover the extra cleaning and wear and tear on the property. If you’re planning to bring more than 10 guests, you must reach out to confirm with me in advance.

You’re welcome to bring along your furry family members! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, you must include all pets in your reservation and complete the pet fee payment prior to check-in.

Even though we allow pets, you can still expect the same high standards of cleanliness as a non-pet-friendly rental. Our cleaning team is thorough and meticulous, ensuring that every guest arrives to a fresh and spotless home.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will incur a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★
For the safety, security, and enforcement of house rules, our property has four cameras: two overlooking the shared parking area, one monitoring the front yard/street, and one facing the patio area.

Please note that these cameras are solely for security purposes and to enforce house rules. They are not actively monitored unless there is a safety concern or security issue. We prioritize the privacy of our guests and do not use these cameras for any other purpose.

★ HOUSE RULES ★
1. NO PARTIES OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS: Registered and Approved guests only on the property. No parties/events. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests unless you’ve received prior approval, and the extra guest fee has been paid if applicable.

2. QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of the other guests on the property and the neighbors at all times, including daytime noise levels.

3. NO SMOKING/VAPING/DRUG USE: Smoking or drug use indoors is strictly prohibited. If you choose to smoke outside, it must be done on the at the top of the stairs, away from the guesthouse. All cigarette butts must be fully extinguished and disposed of in the outdoor trash bins. A minimum of $1000 will be charged if smoke remediation is required.

4. SHARED SPACES: As noted in the listing, this property contains multiple units rented separately. The parking is a shared space with the other guests.

Each unit has its own designated outdoor space. Guests may only use the outdoor area assigned to their rental. Your outdoor space consists of the deck, and the yard. Use of the back patios by the guest homes isn't allowed.

5. PARKING: Please follow the parking instructions provided. We have parking available for a maximum of 4 vehicles in the main driveway closest to the house (including in front of the garage and detached guesthouse).

**Please make sure none of your vehicles are parked on or overlapping the sidewalks!**

Please note that this overflow parking area is for the other unit’s guests. You are only permitted to park in the driveway close to the house.

6. PETS: All pets must be disclosed and included in the reservation, and the pet fee must be paid prior to arrival. Pets are not allowed in bedrooms or on beds/furniture. Guests must provide their own pet bedding and clean up after their pets. Additional cleaning charges will apply for pet hair on linens or excessive cleaning required.
