Two minutes to the Anthem Parkside Community Center (Additional Fee ~$90/90 days) including: 66 acres of ponds, baseball field, soccer field, sand volleyball courts, skate park, fishing ponds, train rides, a large swimming pool with diving boards, swim lanes, shallow kids pool & water slides, a large exercise gym, game room, tennis courts, pickle ball, basketball, baseball, & community events such as concerts in the park, Farmer's Markets, & annual holiday celebrations. Anthem is a well-planned community that offers close proximity to local shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and also a large Outlet Mall within 5 minutes of the house. You will love living in Anthem, located in NW Phoenix just off Highway 17 (on route to Flagstaff) & just North of the 303. Anthem is elevated above the Phoenix valley at 1863 feet which allows for fantastic winter weather and slightly cooler temperatures in the summer. Nice property inside and out in a quiet neighborhood. It was a wonderful home away from home for an unexpected 2 month stay. Excellent communication with the owner. I would definitely recommend this place.

Enjoyed anthem
Property was clean and well equipped. The home was as described in the listing. The owner met us at check in and was very nice and helpful. He set us up w gate access and ability to enjoy the large community fitness center. We had friends and family visit. Enjoyed golfing in the nearby cave creek area. Highly recommend this property.

The house is large, beds are comfortable and kitchen well appointed. The house sits on a nice street. However, we did not have garbage pickup for 2 weeks and there is a general lack of basic maintenance in the house. Also, the house needs a good cleaning.

It was disappointing to read Gary & Lisa's review, since they never expressed any complaints or problems during their stay. I have received all 5-star reviews, from all previous tenants, for the past 3 years of rental ownership of our property. I take pride in personally cleaning & disinfecting the property, top to bottom, before all renters arrive. The only basic maintenance issues that existed were pointed out to Gary and Lisa, when they first arrived. One of the plantation blind's louvers had been partially dislodged by the previous tenants and the patio screen door had been damaged by the previous tenant's dog, which I had removed & sent out to be fixed. Gary & Lisa expressed no concern for either issue, and they acknowledged & understood that I didn't have enough time to fix them between tenant move-ins. Regarding the garbage pickup, a mistake was made by the trash company, in removing our trash bins while Gary & Lisa were occupying the property. Once Gary texted me that the trash company had removed the trash bins, I immediately called the trash company to have new bins brought back to the property. Since the trash company could not deliver them right away, due to the Christmas holiday, I asked my neighbor Jim if Gary and Lisa could put their trash in his bins until the new bins could be delivered, which Jim graciously agreed to. Gary was grateful and appreciated that I contacted the neighbor to allow them to use their bins, until the new bins could be re-delivered. The only reason I am responding to their review, is because I feel it was unfair & inaccurate, and I try so hard to make everything perfect for each and every new tenant that stays in our home. Gary & Lisa never expressed any dissatisfaction with our house, and what's more confusing is that I felt I had a nice and pleasant rapport with them during their stay. Gary & Lisa were nice people, and I only wish they would have given me a chance to address their concerns instead of giving our property a poor review.

Great comfortable home
Everything from start to finish went smoothly. This house was perfect for our stay in Arizona. The casita was a plus as we had friends come stay in it and they were very delighted with the privacy.
The house is super easy to keep clean and well stocked with everything we needed from kitchen utensils to bath towels.
The fenced backyard was great as we brought our 2 dogs and they loved exploring and spying the animals in the desert behind the house.
This house is close to many supermarkets, gas stations, hardware stores and many restaurants and coffee shops. The neighborhood is very quiet and we met a couple of the neighbors who were very nice.
Our host Tim was very responsive to my many questions and he knows a lot about the area. He made us feel very welcome.

Wonderful Property with Plenty of room for family!
This was a wonderful property that was clean, comfortable, cozy and perfect for our family to come visit. It is close to the Club, which has a great swimming pool, workout facilities and restaurant. The host, Tim is very responsive and accommodating. This was a wonderful stay and experience.
