The open-concept living room features a comfortable couch, a large TV, dining area, and plenty of natural light. The garage features a game room with a large TV, couch, board games, and other activities for a family night. There is also a half bathroom on this level. The deck offers city views and spectacular sunsets!

Upstairs, you'll find two cozy bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and plenty of storage space. There is also a den with a sliding barn door and a queen sized bed. The master bedroom features a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom and den share a full bathroom. For your convenience, there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer on this level.

Our townhome is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, but it is still close to all the action. We are just a short drive from wineries and shopping centers, and there are plenty of local attractions to explore.
