Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Wonderful!

The units are perfect. This was the 3rd time we have rented 6-7 units for our family. Grandma, kids and adult grandkids all have their own space. The outdoor area is perfect, the beach location is amazing, and the cleanliness of the units were good! Also, the bedding was simple and not too much which is always nice. Thanks you for getting this done quickly after the hurricane. It looks like some places are still renovating.

Perfect location and amenities

Bungalow Beach Place is a treasure.

We have stayed twice. Once on the upper floor and once on the lower floor. We love the property and the location. It is a treasure and we look forward to visiting again.

Nice cozy stay

We didnt spend much time in the room, it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location of it was absolutely perfect!

Perfect beach escape!!

We love this place!! Right on the beach, love the fire pit. Just a fantastic place! Only downfall is the 10am checkout, but they still let us hang out at the beach until we had to leave for the airport. We will be back!!!!

MN family sick of winter

We loved our stay! Best part: right on the beach with access to chairs, kayaks, etc. The location to restaurants and shops with walking distance was an added bonus. The condo is small but exactly as described. Very clean. We can’t wait to return!!

Right on the beach!

We were looking for a place right on the beach and this place delivered as advertised. A limited number of units, so it was quiet and never felt crowded. Enjoyed seeing the beach from our unit, having the table and grill outside our door, a nice firepit steps away in the sand, and lots of lounge chairs to take down to the beach with us. Would definitely stay again!

Bungalow Beach Place was absolutely amazing. Our bungalow was clean and the decor is beach chique. The location was perfect with nice restaurants and cute cafes within a few miles from us. We loved the beach view from the patio and the direct access to the water. The sunsets were amazing which we had front row seating to by the fire pit. It was positively perfect and we will definitely be back.

Great place!!

Such a great stay! Highly recommend. Beautiful view. Private. Bed and pull out couch very comfy. Dishes available and pans to cook. We used the grill and the the beach toys and chairs. Would have used the fire pit if it wasn’t so hot. Literally an amazing place!!

Perfect Location

Property was in the perfection location. Beach right outside our sliding glass door. Access to kayaks was a bonus. A/C was kind of loud. Owners could've supplied us with a box of tissues and some other kind of hand soap (another bar or a liquid), but pretty minor considering the location was magnificent.

Perfect beach location + quiet area

We loved our stay here! The condo was very clean and comfortable. It really is on the beach - you're not walking for blocks to get there, just a few steps as shown in the photos. They provided lounge chairs and umbrellas on-site as well as kayaks. There are plenty of outdoor dining tables for all of the 8 units plus nice grills. We were able to walk to several restaurants and had a short Uber ride to others down the strip (restaurants have pretty limited parking and Uber was cheap). I loved that most of the condos in this area had a low # of floors - it made the beach much less crowded than Clearwater Beach or St. Pete's Beach. I would stay again!

We love Bungalow Beach Place

We were happy to return to BBP again this year, this time with our children, their spouses, our grandson, and a dear friend. Everyone had their own unit and that worked well for our group. There were a few maintenance issues when we arrived, but they were addressed quickly. We love the beachfront property and love that it's equipped with most anything you could need. Paddleboards, kayaks, beach chairs and umbrellas, toys left behind from other visitors, grills (gas included), washers and dryers, professional ice machine, patio tables for outdoor dining, Adirondack chairs around the firepit (wood included) and more!

Great Property in a Great Location

This unit was super clean and beautifully decorated. All communications with the property owners went very smoothly and any questions I had were timely answered. Being on the first floor, it was very nice to walk out your door and immediately be on the beach. For those who care about these things like I do, I found the water pressure for the shower perfect and the tub drained well. The unit is a little small and I believe more than 2 people would find it a little cramped, but for my husband and myself, it was the perfect size. The fact that chairs and umbrellas for the beach were provided is a huge plus! The only thing I would note is that the central heating and air is very loud. It would wake me at night when coming on, but I have no trouble returning to sleep so it wasn't an issue for me or my husband. However, those who are light sleepers might find it annoying. Other than it being loud, it worked perfectly keeping the room cool.

beware of property management

2 weeks before check in i was notified that there would be work taking place while we were there but everything would still be available for us but our patio was not livable due to debris falling on us. there was also an electrical contractor who said they needed to get inside no communication from the local team to confirm and then the contractor told us the power would be cut off the following day we made several attempts to reach out for communication with property manager but never received a call from them. we were put out for 2 full days and severely put out while on vacation i have booked thru verbo but when thy let vacasa manage my stay the wheels fell off. i am extremely disappointed with my experience

Beautiful view!

I liked the place I stayed in (unit 1). It was super cute and basically as described in photos. The bedroom appeared a little larger in the photos, but there was plenty of room. The view is amazing and aside from the weather being a little stormy at times, I couldn’t have asked for a better staycation. A few suggestions I have would be the shower could use a bath mat in the tub - it’s a little slick. The little fan provided needs to be replaced. You can put your hand directly in front of it and it barely blows any air out. I needed it for the bedroom because I’m a “hot” sleeper and the a/c just didn’t quite keep me cool enough. A ceiling fan would work as well. Although the bedding was super cute, the sheets are a very thin microfiber that absolutely does not breathe. Needless to say due to my already “hot’ sleeping problem this made it 10x worse. I honestly would have bought sheets myself if I was staying a little longer. Lastly, beach towels would be a nice touch. I forgot mine and had to go buy one because I didn’t think taking the white towels from the bathroom would be allowed. Please understand that none of these things would prevent me from wanting to stay here again in the future. Overall, I would give it a 9 out of 10. I didn’t have contact with management but I did speak to one of the cleaning girls and she was very nice and helpful with directions to the nearby grocery store.

Adorable bungalow on the beach

Bungalow Beach Place is a perfect option for a quick weekend getaway at the beach. Very few places will rent for short stays and those that do are not as high quality as Bungalow. We will tell our family/friends to choose Bungalow for family get togethers as well. This part of Indian Shores beach is wide, private and gorgeous. The view is postcard perfect. Vacasa was very responsive during before and during our stay. Thank you—had a great time!
