This home is a safe and easy 2 minute walk to the white sand beaches and warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. A HEATED POOL and deck are located directly on the Intracostal waterway where you can enjoy dolphin watching, fishing and kayaking. Indian Shores is a beautiful, quiet community with great restaurants and shops, situated between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach.

Free High Speed WiFi, a 65" Smart TV, Gas Grill, Garage, Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Fishing Poles and all the comforts of home.

The master suite features a KING-size bed, LED Smart TV, walk-in closet and full bath.

The second bedroom has 2 queen-size beds, LCD TV, walk-in closet and full bath.

Other features include a FULLY-equipped kitchen (owner loves to cook so you won't be missing anything), flat-top stove, ice maker, full size washer & dryer, and central air/heat.

The spacious living room leads to a deck overlooking a water & mangrove view which is very peaceful and quiet.

We’ve taken great efforts to make sure everything you need is here to make your vacation complete. Just pack your clothes and relax. Come enjoy our home away from home as we do.

Cleaning supplies such as dish soap, antibacterial soap and bathroom cleaning solutions will be provided along with cleaning equipment to utilize during your stay.

Deposits: 50% down to reserve, balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

Please inquire for monthly rate discounts.

Cancellation Policy: 60 days prior to arrival = deposit refunded. Within 60 days prior to arrival = deposit becomes non-refundable.

*Rental agreement will be sent upon confirmed reservation. A signed copy is required to be returned accepting all property rules and regulations.

Accepting payment through VRBO, Venmo, Zelle and Credit Cards through PayPal. Very easy & secure. You don't need a PayPal account.

Perfect Location

We had a fantastic stay. The location was perfect for the fisherman and the beach goer. Rob was awesome and went beyond helping us with everything. Will for sure be back.

Wonderful!

Great condo with everything you need for a beach vacation. Our family spent time fishing, swimming and shelling. Also plenty of great shopping and places to eat. Cool little beach town with friendly people and a great host! We would definitely go back!

Great spot to get away

Rob was easy to communicate with before during and after my trip. The beach is a very short walk from the property which was great. The bed was comfortable and living area was plenty of room. I'll be using this home again if/when I'm in the area. Thanks for letting us stay Rob!

Super Clean and Cozy!

This place was great! Easy to check in and super clean! Beds were so cozy and the walk to the beach was very short.. plus they had all you needed for your day at the beach which was nice to not have to worry about packing any of it. Will stay here again for sure!

Great family condo

This was a great space for our family of five to stay. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our vacation - well stocked kitchen, board games, beach towels, chairs, and wagon. The location was an easy walk from the beach as well as shopping and restaurants. We also enjoyed the pool. The owner was easy to work with and everything went smoothly with the rental process.

Loved this property on Indian Shores

Great unit in an amazing location. Short walk to beautiful beaches. Lots of restaurants and attractions right at the beach. Clean and cozy. Owner was very attentive and communicated very quick! I would definitely recommend this property and hope to visit again sometime!

Great Stay at Indian Shores

We had a great stay at this property. Everything was as described. We had everything we needed for the beach. Beach access was close by. The beach was great. It was not too busy. The property had everything we needed. The owner communicated well.

Home away from home

Stayed at a great condo. The owners Rob and Tina where great they had everything ready. Place was so well stocked. Perfectly clean. Had a folder with local food menus. Great pool, fishing dock and beach was across street. We didn’t want to leave.

Wonderful family vacation

We stayed from June 22 to June 27, 2021. The condo was very clean and everything was as it was described. There were 4 of us, my woofer and I along with 2 teenage boys and there was more than enough space for us. I would recommend this to anyone!

Very enjoyable!!

This was one of the best VRBO’s we’ve stayed at. Love the location, the space we had as a family of 4, the heated pool, the beach across the street, and so much more. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed and more. The beds were all comfortable and we loved the layout of the townhome. The communication was really great as well! We felt safe here & we all had so much fun. We would definitely return!

Great place to visit

This condo is amazing. Everything we could have possibly needed was there. Did not have to buy any supplies. Plenty of dishes and cooking supplies. Place was clean, spacious and everything as was advertised. Beds comfy, close to lots of places to eat and a short walk to the beach if you get tired of the pool. Thanks for allowing my family to share your home for the week. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Vacation 2025

We enjoyed staying at Rob's property! There was a TON of space! The kitchen had everything we needed, and then some, to make our own meals. When we go out of town, we don't really sleep very well since we're not in our own beds at home. After a couple of nights, my husband commented on how well he was sleeping. Better than home. Beds were comfortable! The kids wished there had been darker curtains in their bedroom, but they still slept like teens and pre-teens sleep. We LOVED having all of the supplies for the beach available at the house. We had a fantastic trip and stay while we were there! Thank you!

Amazing stay!

This property literally has everything! We stayed a week, and I can tell you, the owners put their renters first. Not only is the kitchen equipped with anything you could possibly need. But there are beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, umbrellas, a wagon… everything. Even beach towels!! The unit was super clean. The owners were so nice, and the communication was perfect. There were so many nice touches to make us feel at home. The beach access is a 2-3 minute walk… super easy with a flashing crosswalk. The pool was nice and clean. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We thoroughly enjoyed our week. Thank you!

Very happy with our vacation here!

My family is very happy that we chose this apartment. Very convenient location (the beach is across the road, the necessary shops are no further than 10 minutes drive, restaurants too), not noisy in the morning (passing vehicles on the road can not be heard). Very comfortable layout of the apartment, cozy and interesting interior design, clean furniture (it was very important for us), the garage has everything you need for the beach. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need to feel at home! (enough towels, bed linen, dishes, even some spices). It was immediately clear to us that the owner of the apartment takes care of everything as if for himself. And when we met Rob and his wife, our opinion was confirmed! They are very nice and friendly people! We were happy to meet them! I hope we will return to this apartment again! We also love Indian Shore beach! We stayed 06/17-07/03/22.

Fabulous location, Great communication!

Wow!! A beach lovers and cooks dream! I have never been to a condo that had a better set up for both the beach and the kitchen. All chairs, umbrella and beach wagon were in great shape. The kitchen had everything you could ever want, all pans were good quality and the gadgets were plentiful! We were very close to the the Pinellas Rail Trail, pickle ball courts, and a number of fun restaurants. Within an hours drive we could get to everywhere we wanted to go. The Ringling Museum, Dali Museum , Imagine Museum and the St Pete Pier were some highlights. Communication was also top notch. We had a small issue and Rob was VERY responsive and took care of things immediately. You could not ask for a better host. Bonus- the neighbors were amazing. They were very nice and offered a lot of great suggestions as well as inviting us to their Super Bowl party!! While some may feel the interior was a bit dated, that did not phase us at all. We were there for the beach and the location and those two things were an A+. We will be back! Thank you Rob and Tina

Close to beach, well equipped, clean, comfortable beds, only negative was A/C couldn’t be set below 70 and it could get somewhat warm at times. Otherwise would stay here again.

Will definitely stay here again.

Location was very convenient to the beach and area attractions. The beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and wagon to haul everything was an added bonus. Everyone at the complex was very friendly and helpful. This place was walk-in ready and we could wait a day to do our shopping. The sunsets were absolutely show stoppers! Rob was easy to communicate with by text or e-mail. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Spring Break getaway!

Great place to stay. It had everything we needed. Location was close to the beach. We were close to many good restaurants. Loved our nightly ice cream from LuLu’s.

Perfect Beach House

We stayed here for our Thanksgiving trip home to see family. The place was perfect! Plenty of space for our family and all the amenities you need for a week long stay. The hosts have done a great job with every last detail including area information, restaurants and labeling “need to know” items in the home. Thank you for a great stay!

Very family friendly with lots to do nearby. A 3 minute walk, and you're on the sand. Relax in the pool along the intracoastal waterway watching boats, wildlife and fishing.

Quiet, easy access property with onsite parking for renters. Brand new appliances including AC, water heater and dishwasher. Clothes washer & dryer inside the unit so you don't need to leave to do laundry. All the cooking and kitchen utensils you could think of as we love to cook.
