Amazing time! Loved all the baby items and games!

Amazing time with our family for a weekend beach trip. The space was comfortable and we felt right at home. We had our 2 toddlers and our dog and it was great. Loved all of the baby items and games. The sandbox was a big hit for our 3 year old. The house is very close to the beach so it was easy to hop over for short trips. Love that the restaurant and shop were right next to us too.

Fabulous stay, hope to come back!

Everything about this booking was fantastic! Amy answered quickly all the questions I had before booking. I took one other adult and 8 kids with me - plenty of space for everyone to sleep. The two common areas were great, because in our down time, not everyone wanted to watch the same thing. The couches were comfy and clean, the board game selection was phenomenal, leaving no time for boredom! There's a record player available if you want to bring some records! The arcade game was also a big hit! The spiral staircase was so fun - the kids loved it! The beds were great - more comfortable than mine at home - and there were so many spare pillows! The deck facing the gulf was a great place to sip margaritas, while listening to the lapping of the waves. There is a picnic table out there for overflow seating if needed. Also perfect for sunrise and sunset viewing. The kitchen was so well stocked! We found ourselves wanting for very little - plenty of spices in the cabinet, blender, hand mixer, waffle maker, grill tools, hot pads, 9x13s, lots of pots and pans, cookie sheets, saran wrap, and more. Plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, for your large party, even kid cups/plates/bowls! All appliances were clean and well-functioning, including the full size washer and dryer. The stand alone icemaker was really great for filling the cooler! There is a rolling cooler available to use, and the freezer has a giant ice pack in it, if you need it. The starter pack of soaps they left us with was really great! The bathrooms were also well stocked - a starter pack of soaps in each one - and we had enough toilet paper for the whole week! Plenty of towels, hand towels and rags to go around. Also, each bathroom had a blow dryer. We didn't end up needing either, but there is a restaurant and a market right behind the house. Dollar General and "ice trucks" just a few minutes down the road. The walk to the beach was literally 3 doors down to the public beach access. We went in September, so it was not busy on the beach, but I doubt it's very crazy even in the summer. The house provides a beach wagon, several nice chairs, surf boards for the kids, sand toys, a beach umbrella, and beach towels! It was difficult to find houses that actually provided beach towels, and these were nice! The cleaning crew does a great job here, and they even come on trash days and put the barrels out and bring them back up. I hope we can make it back down, because this was an awesome stay! The house was amazing and could comfortably fit my entire friend group (10 people including myself) Less than a minute walk to the beach and it was very relaxing quiet the entire weekend. We appreciated Amy and her help throughout the weekend. I never even had to ask questions about anything because she was extremely thorough with the process. A perfectly convenient space and area for a relaxing trip for family and friends! Would 100% recommend to anyone!

A+ ! Clean and comfortable! Well stocked kitchen!Easy walk to the beach with gear and private.

We had 4 moms and 6 kids. When we got there the battery on the electronic lock melted and the door was open. With a simple text, our host gave us the option of a key and we kept on going. All the bed linens on beds were clean and the place was quite comfortable for 10 people. We put all the kids upstairs and they climbed those spiral stairs with ease; it was also a nice touch of excitement. The kitchen is well stocked and every bed comfortable including the pull out upstairs. Easy walk to the beach with gear and private. There was also an ice machine and it was a huge hit. A+ from a teacher, a cop, a speech therapist and Radiologist!

Great Beach House

We had a great time, with an easy and short walk to the soft sandy beach. It’s close to some neat restaurants. Would definitely love to come back. Host was great with prompt communication.

Perfect, quiet beach! Would definitely stay here again

This was a great place for my family of five to stay, very clean and exactly as advertised. Amy was always very responsive and helpful. Check-in was easy and only a short walk across the street to a perfect, quiet beach! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a bit of an issue getting the electronic door lock. Notified Amy and she was prompt with a solution and made sure we had no other issues with it throughout our stay. The king master on the main floor was perfect. The full and 2 twin beds bedrooms were also on the main floor, along with the 2nd bathroom. The 2nd king and pull out sofa were upstairs. Only thing that would make it better would be a bathroom upstairs. Otherwise this place was great for our family of 11 (9 adults and 2 kids)! We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.
