Lovely Beach house that was just perfect for our needs. Pet friendly and a very short walk to the beach, which our dogs loved going to. Plenty of space for the four of us and our 3 dogs. Great communication from the Host.Would highly recommend.

Quiet beach! Enjoyed our time and would stay here again!

Our group really enjoyed our time here! If you’re looking for a quiet beach, this is the place to go. The house is spacious and the lofted bedroom gives an extra level of privacy up the spiral staircase. We appreciated the beach supplies that the host provided as well. Amy was responsive and helpful on the couple of little things we messaged about. Would stay here again!

Great time and location! Just a short walk to beach. Enjoyed amenities and experience!

The beach was just a short walk away. We appreciated the house had some beach chairs available and it was a much more enjoyable experience compared to driving like we’d done in the past. Only a couple other people on the beach so we had a great time!

We loved our beach getaway! The white sand beach was just a couple minutes walk, and we loved how peaceful and quiet the house was for sitting on the balcony and sipping coffee in the morning and wine at night.

We look forward to a trip once a year came across this listing which also aloud pets which was another plus. But upon arriving you meet outdoor cameras at every corner the outdoor family hosting area has a camera couldn't even sit outside to grill or have a conversation without the camera being on like you are being watched the light was never off. So couldn't enjoy the grill area there were dirty towels from the last people that stayed hanging outside. And we couldn't potty the dogs around there due to LOTS of cocklebur. The floors were wavy like they were warped it's a beautiful staircase but let's just say you better be skinny you could barely fit up it. You hear EVERYTHING in this house the walls are paper thin. And we delt with ants upstairs and down stairs. So then after our first night stay after having our rental completely paid off paying for our dogs. She sends us an email the very next day telling us that she didn't charge us for one of our dogs which she had already. She then went on and charged my card without my permission taking more money away from me and my kids after our first night. We sent proof of everything over that we had paid for and she came up with every excuse even some made up paragraph that she made up on computer to try and prove her right wasn't in written in the CONTRACT. For what this woman charges I would recommend staying somewhere else the pictures are very deceiving

Loved our stay! Very peaceful area of the beach!

Loved our stay here in Fort Morgan! Very peaceful area of the beach and loved how it is walkable to Sassy Bass. Had all the amenities you could ask for and plenty of space. Host was very responsive.

Amy was fantastic to work with. She is prompt in her message responses, was very courteous, and extremely accommodating. The extra accessories available at the house to take along to the beach are fantastic.

Very cute and welcoming! Very short walk to be on the beach!

Property was exactly as described very cute and welcoming. We Were visiting for a friend's wedding so did not spend much time in the house. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. You can see the ocean across the street and it is a very short walk to be on the beach.

Great communication with the host however by the time you get to your rental it is not like you can change many of the things that were described differently than they actually were. The entire vacation rental was way smaller than pictured on VRBO and the stairs were extremely dangerous to walk up/tiny/almost broken. Everything was clean, but just very small space for 12 adults. . Grill was not a modern grill like we thought, it was old and very rusty. All of the chairs/wagon were broken. AC did not work well upstairs. No pull out bed, only a couch upstairs and downstairs. The house did come plenty stocked with household items though , so that was good.
