DETAILS: Lantana is a Gulf-front 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home with a private pool and hot tub that sleeps 10 in gorgeous Cape San Blas. Guests will love the 2 Gulf-front balconies, a screened porch, and 2 primary bedrooms. This dog-friendly home is also close to local restaurants and shops.

In the carport area, underneath this stilted home, is a gas grill, picnic table, and access to a large private pool and hot tub. Guests can admire the beach views while lounging poolside or unwind in the hot tub after a busy day of jumping the waves. A wooden boardwalk leads directly to the beach!

Steps lead up to a large, screened-in Gulf-front porch and open to an open living, dining, and kitchen area on the first floor. Wood laminate floors and modern beach decor create a relaxing environment for friends and family. A sofa, loveseat and chairs surround a 58†TV, and a sleek kitchen with white countertops seats 4 at a dine-in island. A dining table with bench seating has space for 8, and the entire living space enjoys views of the beach from sliding glass doors and windows. A guest bedroom with a queen bed is located behind the living area.

On the second floor, guests will enjoy 2 primary bedrooms and a bunk room with a full-over-full bunk bed. Both primary bedrooms feature sliding glass doors that open to a spacious balcony with incredible beach views.
Lantana is an incredible Gulf-front home in beautiful Cape San Blas. With this location, a private pool, and a hot tub, Lantana will book quickly.

Guests enjoy an included $250 worth of beach gear. That’s right! Rent a beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, paddleboards, and more. The $250 credit can go a long way!

The pool was smaller than the pictures gave the impression. Also it showed a board walk with no steps and this one had several -meaning you can’t pull a wagon or use a stroller compared.

Nice home and location

Great location and easy beach access. The home was clean and great for what we needed. There were some carpenter ants in the kitchen, but that didn't bother us too much. I plan on staying here again.

Perfectly Peaceful

The home and location was perfect for our family vacation. Hours of entertainment were had at the beach and pool. The hot tub was an added bonus for cooler nights.

Extreme Relaxation

This is a great house- just as described! Perfect for just hanging out and relaxing; plenty of room for everyone, 2 decks for reading and ocean gazing. Very private beach! Nearby Port St Joe has awesome restaurants!! We'll be back!

AWESOME vacation with Family at an AWESOME home!!

We just returned from a week’s vacation at this beautiful home with our grown children and our fur children. The only downfall was that we couldn’t stay another week or two!!! Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful home. Conveniently located to beach and bike/walking trails. A few nearby restaurants, but many more within a 10-15 minute drive. This home had everything we needed & more. The only disappointment would be the pool was not heated and too cold to use for our visit in late February. Maybe a solar cover would take care of that. We would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Slight downside was the construction going on next door. There was no curtain in the bathroom so the roofer could look right in. When we lost our water due to construction, we called and had an immediate response and had our water back within a short time.

Very unique

This was our first ever visit to Cape San Blas and it did not disappoint. Very quiet and peaceful place. The house was in great shape and the walk across the dunes was very easy because it’s mostly flat. The screen porch was missing a screen so the mosquitoes kept us from really enjoying the frack at night but overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for having us.

Almost There

Family vacation to the panhandle with my in laws and this location is nearly perfect for it. Only constructive feedback is the house wasn’t stocked with some simple necessities for a long week, such as cleaning supply’s, there’s some minor cosmetic bumps and bruises and the refrigerator wasn’t working, which we weren’t notified until the day of travel. A backup unit was provided and waiting for us when we got there but it was much smaller and older. Otherwise, the house is as is in the pictures and descriptions, a couple hundred yards from the beach, the pool is perfect for lounging. Everything was very clean, especially for a beach house.

Cape San Blas

Nice quiet location. Great view. Gulf front with pool. Screen porch on second floor needs repair. 20% of screen is missing. Carpenter ants need to be treated with Borax and or TERRO and checked on frequently until they are gone. They seem to be attracted to the wood and moisture around the outdoor shower and AC units/wood frame at base of HVAC systems. Regular poison will not work on these large 1/2 inch ants. They invaded the area where we parked our cars and came around the entry door too.

Beachside perfection.

We stayed for a week with another couple. This property is in a great location - it’s within walking distance of a local bar with live music and a park with a boardwalk and pickleball court. There is a private boardwalk to the sand dunes/beach. The house is beautiful- there are two levels, a living level with a room and a screened in porch and a second level with two master bedroom suites with private bathrooms. Each bedroom opens onto a deck with an ocean view. We loved that we could bring our pup along with us and he enjoyed the deck too! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The pool was perfect to swim or sit by. We really enjoyed our week, the gear rental credit offered was perfect too. When we did need to contact Natural Retreats about something, they responded very quickly and took care of it. Thank you for sharing your home with us and letting us make great memories in Cape San Blas! Everything was perfect and we really enjoyed our time, it’s like having your own private beach!

Worst Trip Ever :(

Each year we take a trip to the beach and rent a house with a pool. We were very excited about this vacation and looked forward to a relaxing view of the beach. Unknown to us, the house next door was under construction and they were doing outdoor work all week. They should not be renting this house right now - it’s unbearable! Each morning we were woken by the sounds of saws and nail guns. Every evening on the patio was the same. We had zero privacy at the pool and construction workers were everywhere. We talked to 360 Blue, the management company, and they gave us 10% off. Not exactly a deal considering our whole vacation was a disaster. We also had trouble getting in touch with them and had to go to their office. We ended up leaving a day early and coming home because we were just over it. The house itself was clean and met our needs, but awful experience overall. Apparently the rental company put something on their website about construction next door, but that was AFTER we booked. How were we supposed to know?

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay at the house and the location. The only small issue we had was with communication with the property management company. We attempted to contact them via text and later called about some minor issues. It did not affect our trip but we wanted them to be aware of the concerns for their sake and future visitors. For example, we contacted them to prevent further damage to a balcony door that needed to be repaired.

Good place on a bad week

The house and accommodations are nice. Wi-Fi needs to be improved. Location is excellent. Biggest problem is the red tide and the beach was covered with dead sea life that caused everybody respiratory issues, and made us not want to go outside to smell the dead fish. We would’ve liked a heated pool.

Beautiful Retreat

This was our first visit to the Cape (hopefully not our last) and it was picture perfect. Lantana by the sea was perfect, qhen we come back down we will look for this again. Unfortunately red tide came in on our second day but we had the pool at the beach house and we still had a great time. Thanks again!

Property was very nice. Only issues was many neighbors we’re walking through property to get to beach. Didn’t like that as it’s suppose to be private access. I would suggest a gate.

Wonderful beach vacation

We are so happy we chose this property. The proximity to the beach, walks on the beach for sunrise and sunset were just what I needed. The managers were easy to communicate with and promptly answered our questions. We are very pleased.

Enjoyed

We did have a few hiccups when we first arrived but overall it was a great week. The house is absolutely beautiful! My only complaint is that one thing that drew us to this house was the seclusion of no other houses right next to it based on the pictures. However, once we arrived there we discovered the picture was deceiving and there is a house directly beside it. My suggestion is to update exterior pictures.
