Great stay

Had a nice weekend of fishing, and the cabin worked great for our family's needs. Would certainly stay again!

Butler Bay cottage

The cabin was absolutely perfect. We will definitely be back every summer!

Butler's Bay Cottage--a beautiful, accommodating location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband is 3rd generation being on Teal Lake. This was our 1st experience at this cottage. It really felt like home away from home. The pics and description were accurate but somehow still didn't do it justice :) It was a beautiful place! Liz & Kari were wonderful to work with getting the reservations set up. We brought our 11yr old grandson & he enjoyed it all. We use this vacation to fish & enjoy the surroundings.

Location, clean, great value!

Had an amazing stay at Butler’s Bay cabin. We had a family of 5 with kids 8, 11, 14. Washer, dryer and AC were important to us and the location can’t be beat! The kids loved the sandy lake entry, dock and the boat rental topped it off. Comfy, spacious, clean and easy to find. Our first night we were lucky to have perfect stargazing weather and it did not disappoint.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin is well maintained and very comfortable. It allowed for everyone in our group to have a bedroom, as we rented it with the Butler's Bay Teal Lake Cabin.

We just got home from our stay at Butler’s Bay cottage. It was so nice and relaxed. Yes, they provided towels. Yes, it was clean and comfortable to stay there. And they did installed a land line. The cottage next door was a little bit closer than we would like but we strike out with the two families that stayed there during our stay. The lake is beautiful! Absolutely would stay there again!

Dollar for dollar, I have to say this was the BEST!

We had a nice time. The cottage and lake were nice. Fishing was decent. Our only complaints was that the kayaks that were photographed and advertised as an amenity were actually a separate rental/upcharge. And we werent given the address/directions to the cabin until AFTER our check in time!

I apologize for the mistake in the listing photos, which showed kayaks that are no longer part of our amenities. I also apologize for the delay in sending arrival instructions. We typically send this information three days prior to arrival to the number on file. However, if the number was incorrect or a landline, this may have caused the delay. Please be assured that we are always available to assist our guests through our office number, VRBO messaging, and personal cell. I regret that you did not receive the arrival information in a timely manner. Our goal is to provide exceptional experiences for our guests, and I apologize for any areas where we fell short. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a beautiful stay in late July. Accommodations were as described. Crystal clear water, gorgeous views and incredible sunsets. Glad we rented a fishing pontoon for our stay as well. We have 3 teenagers and they all found plenty to do.

Reviewer Comments: Cabin was good and very clean but....if you are trailering a medium to large boat the parking is poor. Just a heads up.

Clean comfortable cabin

Great cabin. Enjoyed our stay Didn't realize the lake was a 10 mph lake. Would have been nice to see this in the property description. The reception is terrible there, a house phone would be a great addition for emergencies. Other amenities for the cost would be great such as small toiletries, garbage bags,firewood and towels. We only say this because we own a rental and include many and more amenities. Early checkout is not friendly. We left the property just about as clean as it was when we arrived, would have lined to enjoy a bit more time there in the morning.
