Enchanted Forest Community is nearby airport and close to downtown ATL. Enchanted Forest is a close knit working class community who will call for emergency help when a neighbor is in need:)

I pride myself on being a good host . However every guests can’t be satisfied but I do expect honesty of reviews. I could have given a bad review because of extra guest(s) at the property not listed. And, there was a younger guest who was ordering food checked in at the property hours before the other guests had arrived to complain about the smell of marijuana.

This potential guest is known to book instantly then cancels and claim it was a computer error. Just to give a bad review.

This guest is known to reserve instantly only to attempt a cancellation. Unsatisfied that cancel won’t be approved on the same day to stay at the property. So, She fabricates stories without evidence. (Ring Doorbell is not fake)Comes to the property on New Year Eve hoping for celebratory gunfire happening miles away just to complain. Leaves Marlboro cigarettes outside all around property. Claim she was not at property but Ring Cameras captured footages of the guest and family at the property each day. Likes to target super-host to bring down property value. She’s not a credible guest.
