When you stay with us, you will receive a personalized digital guidebook that includes important info about our home and our top recommendations on places to eat, drink, and shop along with our favorite local attractions and activities. It’s easy to navigate from your phone, tablet, or laptop!

THE SPACE

Enjoy the comfort of our newly renovated bungalow with an open floor plan consisting of a kitchen/dining room, spacious living room, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom.

The property is on a corner lot off of W King St that is conveniently located 2 miles from downtown St. Augustine! An easy drive down King St brings you right into the heart of the Historic District where hundreds of trendy boutique shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, breweries, and entertainment awaits!

The home has a private setting, fully fenced in yard, shade trees, and a long driveway with plenty of space for 2 cars. There is ample free street parking around the property as well.

Enjoy the cute front patio and sip on a cup of coffee in the comfortable Adirondack chairs while taking in the beautiful Florida sun!

GUEST ACCESS

A smart lock is installed on the front door to provide keyless entry for your convenience.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

- Maximum permitted occupancy is 5. Guests must get approval from host to invite additional guests to the property beyond what is listed at time of booking, not to exceed 5.
- We allow up to 2 dogs at our property. Our pet fee is $30 per pet for the entire stay. Dogs can be left alone at the property inside a crate or kennel with prior approval from the host.
- This is a NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. If you smoke on the property, you will be charged an additional $250 cleaning fee and may incur further charges if there is any damage.
- Underage drinking is not allowed at the property.
- If Guest cancels the reservation, a 4% credit processing fee that the Host incurs will not be refunded to the Guest.
- Our home is in an up-and-coming neighborhood just 2 miles west of the Historic District that has a mix of renovated and older homes (some of which aren`t maintained as well as ours).
- Located across the street from 2 schools with playground access
- Located less than 1/4 mile from St. Johns County Fire-Rescue Station

the property was chosen because it allowed pets...but we dint bring them...I feel the neighborhood was a letdown for travelers.. yes...we chose it...buuutttt...when we got there...it wasn't what we expected...first night...very dark and disturbing neighborhood activities...second night..gunfire in the back neighbors...at that point it was disturbing...no smoking on the property put us in the street...with the riff raff...we dint bring the dogs so we need to be refunded for the deposit and feel that a cleaning deposit of such a high price is not needed...please contact us to rectify the issue...

Regarding the sounds you mentioned, it's possible what you heard was distant target shooting from one of the more rural areas nearby, where recreational shooting is not uncommon. We've never experienced issues with our immediate neighbors discharging firearms. While we understand that unfamiliar noises can be unsettling, this has not been a recurring concern reported by our guests. Regarding the pet fee, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Although the fee is typically applied based on the reservation details, we confirmed that no pets accompanied your stay and have refunded the pet fee. We hope this helps resolve that portion of your concerns. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the guest experience. We wish you all the best in your future travels.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The inside of the home was very clean. Had everything that you needed. Fence was secure enough that we didn’t feel our babies would escape.

Home away from Home

This property was absolutely beautiful. It felt like our home away from home. Sophia is an excellent host and stayed in contact with us the whole time we were there. Her guide with her favorite spots was so helpful. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Cute, close home

Stayed here for a trip to St Augustine. It was close to where we wanted to be, although not right on the beach. I was looking for a place that allowed dogs and had a fenced yard, and this fit the bill. Thanks for the stay!

We had the best stay this weekend in this beautiful property! It was the cleanest stay we have ever had, and it’s pet friendly! Sophia is amazing and so easy to chat with. We will def stay here again if we need a place in St. Aug!

Perfect getaway

We loved that the house was so clean and so close to everything. The owner was very easy to communicate with and gave us very detailed information, so we never had to ask for anything. We would love to come back here for our next trip to Flordia again.

Great trip

We had so much fun on this trip. The house was perfect! So nice and clean. It was a way from all the people traveling so it was like your own little piece of paradise. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone that is looking to have a nice place to get away.

Comfortable and Adorable

Beds were very comfortable. Whole place was modern. One of the bedrooms was attached to the bathroom, nice when you get up at night. Short and easy drive to downtown where you want to be.

Cute Bungalow

This property was very clean and comfortable for my family of 4 and dogs. It was our first time staying in a VRBO and it was a great experience! Enjoyed our coffee from the keurig and such a bonus having a washer and dryer to use. The beach was a short drive away as well as highway 95. We would stay again!

The house was super cute! My kids wanted to just stay there and claim it as “home”! Sophia was helpful and wonderful to work with.

This was a very nice & clean house. Everything we needed was there & well organized. It was fenced in too for our small dog.The neighborhood was quiet.

Best find in St. Augustine

Perfect Getaway! We absolutely loved this little house in St. Augustine! It was incredibly comfortable and we felt right at home. We loved the decor, cleanliness, and convenience. The location was perfect. We were able to visit downtown Saint Augustine, go to the surrounding beaches, and enjoy some delicious seafood. We would highly recommend this little cottage, and we will definitely be back.

My fiancé and I visit the property throughout the year and it feels like home. As such, we have a high level of care for this home and trust that our guests will treat it like their home too! We take hosting seriously. When you stay with us, you will get a personalized and professionally designed guidebook.
