Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great beach vacation spot

We really enjoyed our stay at Paradise Palms. The condo is very clean and spacious. The bedrooms are large and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are beautiful, spa like. It's a short 4 minute walk to the beach. Public beach access is across the street from the facility, even though this unit is in the back of the complex, it is an easy walk. Only issue was the living room TV was the only one with a streaming device attached, so you may want to bring your firestick/roku device with you to use in bedrooms.

Very nice condo!

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend and really loved the condo and location. We walked every where. I was disappointed to learn we did not have access to bikes when it seemed like every condo had bikes available. This would not deter me from staying here again. Would recommend and will likely be back!

Wonderful combo with close access to all Rosemary Beach has to offer!

Loved everything about this condo! Perfect for our family of 10. The 3 bathrooms were amazing and gave us ladies the space we needed to get ready for our evenings out! The kitchen was well equipped, and the balconies were our favorite hangout spots! The pool was perfect for our younger family members, and the restaurant there was delicious! We will definitely be coming here to visit again.

Asked for an early checkin, we were not guaranteed an early check in prior to our arrival and were told the property management would reach out if the cleaners were finished early. We had not heard one way or another and when we reached out the representative simply said an early checkin was not available. We arrived to the property a few minutes early to an unlocked door and cleaners had already left. There was an old water leak in the primary bedroom ceiling. One night the paint fell off the ceiling. Had plenty of room for people to sleep with 2 kings, 2 queens, and a twin trundle bed. There was a random couch in the kitchen nook that took up usable space... would've been nice to have a kitchen table instead. Overall, I gave 4 stars because the property was generally clean with basic decor, but had enough room to sleep plenty of people and was close to the beach with a good location.

Wonderful Girls’ Trip

We loved this condo! It was clean and fully stocked. The three bedrooms and bathrooms gave all of us our own space to relax! We also had three balconies because it is a corner unit. Although not able to access beach through Rosemary, there were several close public beach accesses within a few minutes walk or drive.

Great location, but lacking attention to detail

Location and pool were lovely, but stained furniture and other house-keeping details were off-putting. Kitchen supplies were minimal and ice maker didn’t work (we were told It was not a “listed amenity” when reported.

Good location, nice amenities.

Pros: - The place was clean and roomy. Definitely plenty of space for 4 people. - The location was great and as described - 10 minute walk (with young kids) to the beach of downtown Rosemary beach. There's also restaurants with live music and shops across the street (5 min walk), - There are several Tesla chargers in the parking lot. Cons: - There were a lot of stains on two pieces of furniture. We didn't care because we used only two bedrooms. - Not enough supplies - we had to go to a store to buy more paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent and body wash. - Very limited number of kitchen supplies - dishes, cups, pots, tools, pans etc. - TVs could be updated (slow apps such as Youtube) and low quality cable channels.

Would not book again

Probably won’t book here again. There was black mold around AC vents and windows. The kitchen drawer was broken off and just set inside the drawer. We killed 3 large roaches during our stay, the AC vent in the first master wasn’t working. The balcony is also not kid friendly, the openings were wide enough for a child to completely fall through. There was also a constant gas leak down at the grill stations the entire stay.

We liked it but probably wouldn’t stay again.

When we arrived, the door knob broke off. Totally understand that it’s not the companies fault. Stuff happens. They were prompt at getting it fixed! That’s a plus! The place was clean but could definitely use some updating. The tv’s were so old school and didn’t have any local channels. The beds were OK. Could be upgraded. Loved the pillows!! 😂😂 The only thing I would say that’s negative is the stomping from above. This isn’t really the companies fault or the owners fault but wanted to let any future occupants know. It was very clean! There were a lot of stains on two pieces of furniture. We didn’t really care but someone else might.

Good location but this condo is not well maintained

The Pointe is a good location - close to Rosemary and the beach; however, this particular unit is not well maintained. Specifically, the unit has significant carpet stains, damaged/stained furniture, and a musty smell. We had issues with cleanliness as well, including a cockroach crawling on top of the trundle bed, other roaches present, dishes not clean, and bathrooms not thoroughly cleaned. The unit also does not come with beach towels and bath towels are very poor quality. We requested housekeeping, and she was sent to address the bathroom but missed the area that needed to be cleaned. We will not return to stay at this unit.

Falsely advertised, very disappointing

This is not a top floor unit (it’s on the 3rd of 4 floors) and this is not located in Rosemary Beach. If you visit Rosemary, one of the best things about it is private beach access, and you can reserve and rent beach chairs in advance for a no hassle family vacation: exactly what we were looking forward to. However, because this was falsely advertised, we had zero access to Rosemary Beach & as a result, we spent $1k on beach chairs, umbrellas and beach equipment only to have access the smallest public beach area (Inlet Beach) available to us. Note, if you do not stake out a spot on this beach at 9am, you don’t get a spot. You’re also surrounded on both sides by private beaches. There were no parking passes ever provided, despite multiple attempts to request them from vacasa. In fact, I was told to double check the entire unit to ensure the passes were not in the unit some place. They weren’t. The dishwasher did not function either, so I had to hand wash dishes the whole $7k vacation, or eat out. Maintenance came. Twice. No resolution. Multiple interactions with several people at vacasa and nothing was resolved. I did receive a few apologies for the issues we were having. No resolution. The washer & dryer worked, which was helpful (again, family of 6). I can say more, (one bedrooms tv had no remote and the other had static so maintenance came for that as well), the rooftop bar was “temporarily closed”, stains on the carpet in one bedroom (I have photos) but ultimately, if you’re looking for an overpriced vacation advertised as Rosemary Beach on a top floor unit with no neighbors overhead when it’s in Inlet Beach with very limited public beach access and you enjoy washing dishes for a family of six on vacation, this is the place for you.
