Welcome to the perfect Nantucket getaway.
Sunny, bright home, 4 Bedroom 3 1/2 bath, private yard with 18'x40' salt water pool to enjoy. Conveniently located with easy access to the Surfside Bike path, Surfside beach and within close proximity to Town. The house is perfect for entertaining guests and maintaining a relaxed lifestyle. The well-appointed gourmet kitchen boasts marble countertops and high end appliances.Who's ready for summer on ACK?


Beautiful decorated newly built home close to Surfside and Nobadeer Beaches. Great private outdoor spaces. Heated saltwater pool, gas fire pit, plenty of seating and lounges in the back yard. Outdoor dinning table, Weber gas grill .

First floor- Chef's kitchen with Wolf and Sub Zero appliances, induction cook top, large island with marble counter top, dinning room, living room, mud room, laundry room, powder room, Master bedroom w/king bed with walk in build-in closet and bathroom with glass enclosed shower and freestanding tub.

Second floor has three bedrooms. Bedroom one w/king bed with view to the pool, reading nook, bathroom with glass enclosed shower. Bedroom two has 3 twin beds with view to the pool. Bedroom three has one queen bed. There is a second shared bathroom with glass enclosed shower. Landry closet with washer and dryer.

Lower level-Bunk beds-full and twin sets, Media room with a projector-perfect for a movie night, Office space, Gym and a bathroom with glass enclosed shower.

All king bedrooms have TV's, wifi/high speed internet and own bathroom. Central air/heat, dishwasher, microwave ,all stainless and build in appliances, LG washers and dryers, off street parking. Close to Surfside and Nobadeer Beaches (1 miles).

We truly enjoyed our stay at house. The house had all of the amenities we needed. It was a perfect setup for two families with multiple children.The owner came by and introduced himself when we checked in and followed up with me via text during the trip to see if we needed anything.We were very pleased with the stay.

Beautifully decorated property. Great pool and plenty of yard for our grandchildren! Owner was fantastic—answered every question quickly and kindly. We have had 5 previous family trips to ACK, this will be remembered as the best!

This was our second stay at this fantastic Nantucket home, and it was perfect for our family. The heated outdoor pool is a great size and was a huge hit with our kids. The location is ideal—close to Surfside Beach and just a short drive to town. The home is clean, fresh, and updated to a modern standard, making it super comfortable. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. We would absolutely come back again!

ACKtually perfect!!

This home is a five star property with a beautiful, inviting floor plan. Everything about this home is top notch! My family enjoyed the heated pool and fire pit on the patio. The beds were so comfortable we had to take a peek at the mattresses to see what we were sleeping on so we could buy them. Extremely clean, fresh, bright & airy home. Kitchen is perfect. You are only a quick drive away from town and Stoyan’s Jeep was well maintained and super fun to take on the beach! We will be renting this gorgeous property again in the future!

Nantucket Vacation

Family and I had a great time in Nantucket and this home was wonderful. The house was spotless when we checked-in and the outdoor area was exceptionally well groomed and the pool was crystal clear. Very well stocked kitchen and home. All communications with Stoyan were great and the Jeep rental was also a plus. Highly recommend house for a great family vacation!!

Great time in Nantucket

We spent 10 days in Nantucket and this was a great home base for us. The owner was very accommodating and responsive during our stay. Home was super clean with all modern appliances. Pool lighting was a huge hit! Location is short drive to downtown or an easy bike ride to the beach and other stores. We will definitely be back!

Summer Escape

Ecstatic to return to our favorite Nantucket property this summer. The floorplan and pool and yard were enjoyed by all. Bedrooms could not be more comfy; great to catch up on sleep. Kitchen is stocked and fabulous to prepare family meals; open concept with gorgeous windows and light. Such a great family vacation relaxing and enjoying summer in this fantastic property. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

Dreamy vacation house

Amazing house with tons of amenities and location! From the moment our family walked in we were blown away. The home seems brand new. We had a blast just sitting in the pool using the bbq. The house is perfectly clean and the beds were perfect. The kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed and more.

Beautiful Home

Our family of six loved our stay! The home was exactly as advertised and we would stay again! The house amenities were above and beyond and Stoyan the owner of the house was always available when I reached out. We had NO issues with anything! The house is beautiful and we loved the pool. Perfect For All!

This home was just perfect for our family vacation. The kitchen had everything we needed (I could not find baking sheets for cookies), it was spacious and bright and just fit our needs perfectly. It was a mile and a half bike ride in to town, short drives to all beaches, a pool that was large and used daily and a large family room TV perfect for preseason football games! The bedrooms were bright and very comfortable, I was in need of a hairdryer that I forgot! - Stoyan was accommodating and very responsive to all questions. I highly recommend this beautiful home for your Nantucket vacation :)

Nantucket Summer Vacation

What a wonderful home we stayed at for our summer vacation in Nantucket. We really enjoyed our time in this home. We were two families that stayed for the week on Nantucket. We loved how close this house was to surfside beach and didn’t take long to get to the supermarket or the Main Street for shopping and ice cream. We also enjoyed staying at the house and swimming in the large heated pool. The kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed. The beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever stayed at a rented house in. So we all got good nights sleep. We also enjoyed sitting in the living-room at night and playing games or watching the large tv. The owner was very responsive as well. Something happened to the hot water and he was over very quickly and sorted it out extremely fast. We would definitely stay here again.

Nantucket stay

My family and I were impressed with the house.Everything was beautiful and clean, we had plenty of room to spread out and my kids loved the finished basement which had 4 beautiful bunk beds and a large projector with a great sectional couch with plenty of room for seating and lounging.The outdoor space is gorgeous with a pool, grill and fire pit. Wonderful to entertain and spend time together.The location is very close to everything, town and surfside Beach. There is also a bike path right outside your front yard, great for walking, running ou biking.We had an amazing week and made great memories.The owner was very attentive and helpful, answering any questions that we had immediately.Great find.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, pristine and very comfortable house. Stoyan was incredibly helpful answering any questions we had. Just a few minutes drive to Surfside beach and easy bike ride. A few minutes from the rotary and about 7 minutes to town. Fantastic location — close to everything.

Incredible family vacation

Beautiful retreat for families or friends

We had a terrific week here in July 2022 with three generations of family members enjoying the gorgeous home, the large pool and patio, and the relatively close proximity to Surfside beach. Both the inside and outside of this home are beautiful and peaceful. Outside, the large pool and nice lawn offer plenty of space for swims, pool hangout time, and lawn games. The patio has really flexible and high-quality umbrellas for shade when desired. The gas fire pit is perfect for cool summer evenings -- we used it most nights -- and the brand new gas grill and outdoor dining area was a treat to use. Inside, the home is peaceful as well: calm white/gray interiors, high-end kitchen appliances, luxurious beds and linens. Two washer/dryer sets make it easy to do laundry upstairs or downstairs. The huge 65" tv above the fireplace in the great room made for fun movie nights, there are also nice TVs in two bedrooms that have digital art screensavers that make them blend into the decor. Kitchen was well stocked with spices, coffee, and plenty of cooking and baking materials (mixing bowls, measuring cups, spatulas, baking sheets, pots/pans, grill tools, etc. ); there were glass/ceramic dishware/glasses for inside use, and melamine/plastic dishware/glasses for outside use by the pool and grill. The location was a plus for us because it was outside of the hectic downtown area and allowed for a larger lawn and patio than are available in most downtown-area rentals. Surfside Beach is a 5-minute drive or flat 15-minute bike ride away; the house has 10 folding beach chairs and 2 beach umbrellas for guest use. The nice new Stop & Shop is 10 min away,; downtown area is 10-15 minutes away. All very easy with a car or scooter, and a little more work with bikes but perfectly doable. The house fronts a moderately busy street (South Shore Road) and has residences behind and on one side. On one side is a dirt road and a construction company's parking site, which sounds like it might be disruptive or dirty but it wasn't either in our experience. The home has full visual privacy in the back yard provided by arbor vitae plantings, and it was quiet nearly all the time. (Some workmen came to get a truck and left around 8 or 9am then returned at the end of the day; it's not an active work site.) Lastly, I'll add that Stoyan, the owner, was super friendly and responsive throughout the rental process and the week we stayed at his home. He was great to work with.
