Located on Rehoboth Beach's Restaurant Row, this condo is close to all the action. It’s just steps from the sandy beaches and boardwalk the town is known for. After a full day on the beach, come home to the relaxing environment of this condo. In the living room, stretch out on the sofa and watch TV. Be sure to make use of the well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and bar seating. Additional comforts include a washer/dryer, partial air-conditioning, and a TV in the bedroom.

This unit shares a building with our vibrant community theatre.
The community pool is shared with another hotel and is a short walk away.
Pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Was not clearly marked or noted in check in instructions of which doors to use upon arrival. Was a little confusing at first. The heat was very hard to regulate in the unit. Outside air leaking bad around both through the wall units. You turn up the heat it runs forever and turns unit into sweat box. Turn it down with air leakage your in an ice box. Was very clean, close to beach and boardwalk. Well maintained and comfortable stay other than the heat.

We had terribly noisy upstairs neighbors in addition to the expected noise outside. The location is nice because it is so close to the beach, but there is a lot of noise from the alley directly behind the bedroom and local businesses nearby.

Great location

This was our first trip to rehobeth. We got to experience everything on foot and a short distance from the beach and boardwalk. But if you are looking for a full beach experience, you may want an alternative location. There are 3 windows all frosted (probably for protection). You have to go outside of the building to know what the weather is like. The walls are thin. You will hear theater activity in the hallway, and movement in the units above. Overall it was suitable for a small family for our first stay

Very nice stay

Rooms are spacious. Item available for use saved from having to eat out if you don't want. Fridge was great. Has water filter and ice. Liked the two door entrance. Felt very safe. Parking is close and now that they have repaved the lot should be even better. Heat and air system worked for the weather changes. Not a bad walk to the beach even having to detour through construction. Coffee shops and board walk close. Can even hear the waves of it's quiet outside. I would stay again!

We enjoyed the property and location very much. Only downfall was that the walls are thin and you could hear everything around us. Someone with a child was staying above us. We were trying to sleep early and could hear the child running all over the place and jumping around. No sleep for us until that kid went to sleep.

Great location and apartment

Room cleanliness, layout, amenities, and location are great. There is mostly constant activity in the hallway outside the room most evenings until about 9:30pm due to the attached Theater. Noise levels are elevated during this time. May be impactful to small children or those ending their evening early. Otherwise a 5.

Stay at the Boardealk

Place was nice and clean. Had a problem with the door code but it was resolved quickly. parking on the street was problem. The resevered parking spot did not take affect untill after we had left. Sometimes would have to park about 1 block away and walk back.

Not so great

The unit is in a school like building attached to a theater. The halls are extremely loud. It was not easy to get into the building at first we were not given a correct code nor where we given a parking spot until we called, and then they told us the new code for the building and assigned as a parking spot. You’re not told about where the pool is until you call the property manager and ask them where the pool is.

Fantastic place.

The condo was absolutely perfect totally spotless. The condo made our fall get away perfect. We loved it and will definitely reserve it again. The only drawback and it’s very minor is that all the windows are frosted. We realize the view there isn’t great but still would be nice to see out. Other than that it’s perfect.

Close to Beach

If you want a place that is close to the beach, it's great, but it can be noisy due to being near the restaurant's dumpster and the theater's restrooms. The closest had a smell from the vacuum cleaner being stored in there and the bed was also uncomfortable. Could also use additional hooks/storage in the bathroom for towels and wet clothes.

One of the best things about the condo was the we felt safe! Our three day stay was spent trying to stay out of the rain and winds of Ian. The condo is in a very well built building and was a good place to spend some time together. The condo was very clean and perfect for two people. It also has a great location- close to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Fabulous stay!!

This property is in a wonderful location. We parked and walked the entire stay. The condo itself is perfect. Only issue we had was lack of blankets. I didn’t know we needed to bring those since they had linens. Besides the blanket issue the condo, town, location, beach are exceptional!!!
