Two Blocks To Everything, too Cute to Miss. Perfect romantic getaway for two.

Our 2025 rental season that started in May and runs through the last week of Sept, is now fully booked. We look forward to meeting all the new people and welcoming back our repeat visitors.
I have opened the calendar for booking the 2026 season. The following weeks are available to book, with the base price (not including tax, cleaning or Vrbo fees) shown next to it

June 13-20, $1,000.
June 20-27, $1,000
June 27-July 4 $1,200
Sept 19-26 $900 ( Our last week is Sept 19-26 )

We are a Vrbo “Premier Host". This means a quick response, COVID procedure followed, and excellent post-stay reviews from renters. Max occupancy is 2, but we allow a third person with an additional fee of $200.
Exciting news for our renters. We've replaced the living room sofa with a brand new leather Barcalounger sofa with two reclining sections. Now you can lay back and enjoy the new 43" TV that has built-in Roku and includes free HBOMax, Hulu, and Peacock streaming services. Bring your passwords to use and watch Netflix, Apple TV, Disney+, and Prime. See the pictures I've updated to show these improvements. Just added for the 2022 season is a new coffee station that will brew a 12-cup pot or a single K-Cup of your favorite flavor from home.

We enforce a strict non-smoking policy on the premises, including the lawn area. Failure to comply can cause you to be asked to leave and loss of rental payment.
The cottage is located just two blocks from Rehoboth Ave and 2 1/2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk in South Rehoboth.. Close to everything, yet located in a quiet backyard setting. Set back from the main house with its' own parking for two cars. Master has a queen bed and the loft (must pass through this to get into Master) has a double bed. Enclosed porch with view of bamboo forest just outside. The bathroom (downstairs) has a shower only. Pets are allowed (we love ours too) with an additional $200 non-refundable payment. Please let me know when you book. Payment can be made at time of arrival. If you have more than one dog, we need to talk before you book.
Extended cable package and wireless Wifi included. 43' flatscreen with Ruko streaming downstairs and 32'upstairstairs. Both with DVD players and DVD library.
New in 2018, a newly remodeled kitchen with modern cabinets, granite countertops, a new refrigerator, and new flooring throughout the first floor.
Note: there is no dishwasher, garbage disposal, or washer/dryer. We are a classic beach cottage in that respect. There is a laundromat nearby.
The outside area has 2 Adirondack chairs, a picnic table, an enclosed shower with H&C water, clothesline, bike rack, and gas grill.
We also have a valid rental license from that City, which means we have been inspected for safety, cleanliness, and taxes paid. When you book you will see additional charges that every Vrbo rental has: taxes (4.5% for state), Vrbo fees, and host fees (in our case a cleaning fee of $75 and a city short term rental tax of $75.)
