Relax in the comfort of the living room, complete with a sectional, flatscreen TV, and plenty of board games. The beautifully appointed kitchen boasts plenty of prep space, a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, a six-burner gas range, a wet bar, and a beverage fridge. Relax in this home's outdoor spaces - a spacious front porch, a private fenced yard, and an outdoor shower. The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a separate soaking tub and an oversized shower with a waterfall faucet. An electric vehicle charger adds convenience during your stay.

The pool is open from March to December 1.

This home is not equipped with cable. Streaming services are available with guestsā€™ own account(s)
Linens are provided as part of your vacation rental and the beds are made to prepare for your arrival.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
The pool is open March 1st to December 1st. Pool heat is optional and can be purchased for an added daily fee.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 125 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the ā€œDamage Waiverā€). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great house and pool, close to the beach

We had a wonderful weeklong stay at this home (6 adults, 1 child). The pool was perfect for our preschooler, and we also enjoyed the grill and how spacious the house is. Itā€™s a short walk to the boardwalk and beach!

Everything was great! Only one itemā€¦.the beds were not so comfy but I would say typical for rentals. Everything else was awesome, the space was clean, the house had everything we needed for cooking. The laundry tubs were clean and the out door space was good. The porch was excellent for people watching and reading!

Great location, very clean

This house was great, perfect location, close to everything in town and we were very impressed with how clean it was. The only suggestion we have is that they supply toilet paper and trash bags, there were none in the house when we got there, otherwise it was a great stay!

Perfect Thanksgiving visit

Home was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Supplied basics such as soaps, linens and towels and starter supply of TP and paper towels. It was on a quiet street yet close to the beach and all the Rehoboth Ave shops/restaurants. Nice large living room for family and the chef's kitchen for meals were perfect for our Thanksgiving stay. Check in and check out were easy.

Great house and proximity to the beach and boardwalk!

We really loved this house. The location and proximity to the beach and boardwalk couldn't be beat. The pool was perfect for our whole family and you don't need the pool heated when it's this hot during the summer. The pool has really cool color changing lights for fun night swimming. If you have trouble getting into pools, just be aware that there is no handrail to get in. The only real complaints we had was that there was not enough cleaning supplies, garbage bags or paper products. The towels are small and cheap feeling, but ultimately that didn't detract from our excellent stay. We'd definitely stay again!

Lovely House, pool area needs work

The house was clean, well maintained and a great location. The pool, however, was disappointing. It does not have a surround and leaks. So, you are walking through mud to get into the pool. Also was not clean when we got there.

The house was beautiful and comfortable. The only reason itā€™s not 5 stars is because house next door was under construction and we had to listen to construction noise a few days of the trip. The location cannot be beat and this house was a cooks dream and best stocked kitchen and bar tools Iā€™ve ever had in a house rental. It was very much appreciated. The beds were so comfortable but couldā€™ve used heavier top blankets. We couldā€™ve used a few throw blankets for watching movies in the . The grill really needs a cleaning too;)

Bedding not sufficient and thin cheap comforters are stained and gross looking. There were not enough sheets or pillow cases and what is there is very cheap quality. No luggage racks in the rooms without a dresserā€¦there are not two primary bedrooms ! Pool is the size of a large bathtub. There is no Cable Box ( as listed in house notes) so watching live TV is not possible. That was a problem one night. Location is perfect for walking to the boardwalk and town. For the price, the house is very underwhelming.

Beautiful well maintained house

We had a girlfriends getaway. The house provided space for all of us to satisfy our individual needs. One of us had a working vacation; another wanted to indulge her culinary talents (the kitchen was magnificent); and the rest of us appreciated the walking distance to the beach and shops. Everyone enjoyed the privacy of the fenced in backyard with the pool. It was great. Thank you.

Lovely beach home

The home is so nicely done very good taste. However the dishwasher was broken the week before and during our stay. The picnic table umbrella is broke and the yard needed mowed when we arrived and still wasnā€™t mowed when we left.

Wonderful house

The house was exactly as advertised - spacious, lovely, and incredibly well-appointed. Plenty of room for all of us; the great backyard and pool are a terrific bonus. A quick walk to the beach and boardwalk - and alllll the restaurants, shops and cafes. Loved relaxing on the. Oh front porch with coffee in the mornings; Couldnā€™t have been more comfortable! Couldnā€™t have been more comfortable!

It was nice to email and have information in email to go back and access. Check in was easy. Appreciate the help with putting the garbage out at the street. The only hiccup was the laundry from previous stay was on porch for a couple days and had to call about this, but was taken care of. Hope to stay again. Check in was easy

Our stay was excellent, the property was very clean, the location couldnā€™t have been more perfect for walking everywhere, and the pool was perfect size and great for the kids. The house had everything you could need for cooking, as well as, some beach and pool toys, chairs and umbrellas not mentioned in the listing. Our families included 4 adults and 3 kids under 5 years old and everything was very open to keep and eye on the kids. Honestly none of us had a single bad thing to say about the house. If/when we come back to Rehoboth we will definitely consider staying here again. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
