Meticulously designed, it features five primary bedrooms (one on the main level) and comfortably sleeps 12, including a queen sleeper sofa. The open floor plan includes a Great Room flowing into dining and sitting areas, hardwood floors, tiled showers with frameless doors, granite countertops, and a tile backsplash in the kitchen. Step outside to enjoy a private pool, outdoor shower, and gas grill—perfect for summer fun.
LOCATION: Just three blocks from Rehoboth Avenue and three blocks from the beach and boardwalk, you can walk to tax-free shopping, restaurants, and all the attractions Rehoboth Beach offers. Everything you need is within easy walking distance, making this an unbeatable downtown location.
PARKING: Private driveway for two cars—park and walk everywhere!
AMENITIES: Private pool (11x20 ft, depth 3-5 ft; available 05/01–10/31 and can be heated off-season for $500), gas grill, washer/dryer, central AC, ceiling fans, and outdoor shower.
THINGS TO KNOW: Linens are not supplied, but a linen rental package is available. No pets or smoking.

Family vacation

Beautiful home that provides comfort and luxury for every bedroom. Completely updated. Close to shops and restaurants. About 3 blocks from the beach. Had everything you could want.

The property was in an amazing location. We short walk to shops, restaurants and beach! The house was very clean and nicely furnished. Loved the setup in the kitchen. A lot of things were provided such as cook ware and things needed for a home meal. Bathrooms were spacious and very clean. Would definitely return to this house if another opportunity presents itself. Property management company was very nice and informative.

Great Stay!

A prime location, prime house!

It’s as if this house was made for a group of family/friends! Every room has its own bathroom which is a dream come true. Couple that with a great location, and we will definitely be back!

Great size home for our family of 9. Home was stocked with paper products - though we were told we needed to bring our own. Kitchen and eating area were nice. Distance from Rehoboth Ave and from beach was ideal. We would come back.

Great house!

House has great living space with a bright, well stocked kitchen and plenty of room to gather. Pool was enjoyed by many after a day at the beach. Close to downtown shops. Would definitely book here again!

In town for Rehoboth Marathon

There were 9 of us in town for a race, both family and friends. Each bedroom had its own in-suite bathroom and there truly is nothing more grand than that!

Splendid time near the beach

This house was all anyone could hope for The pool in the back was great to chill in after being beaten up by ocean waves for a while. Near all the activity but a quiet neighborhood.

Well designed interior

The interior of the property was absolutely gorgeous. All modern equipment and very spacious. It fit the 6 of us very comfortably with room to spare. Very convenient to both downtown and the beach. Definitely coming back.

Great location

Loved the location…we were able to walk most of the time and used the car only a few times….nice to have a private bath and TV for each bedroom Only complaint was with cleaning service…..socks found under one bed, kitchen floor was not washed, crumbs found on top of bedspread in one of the bedrooms…. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful house to rent for family!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Rehoboth beach! Great for a large family as there is a bathroom in every room! The pool is also Great. The house had much more than the listing said! Lots of bikes and pool toys and beach chairs! Would definitely rent again. Only thing is the cleaners could have done a better job prior to our stay.

Great house in town

We rented this property for a long weekend with friends and it was lovely. Beds are very comfortable! Every bedroom has a TV and an en suite bathroom which is nice. Kitchen fully stocked. Linens not provided, but they have plenty of paper products and soap at the house. Short walk to all of the great restaurants and shops Rehoboth has to offer. I would definitely rent this property again.
