Updated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath vacation rental in a quiet residential area, just a couple blocks to the nearest beach access off Palm Blvd. This elevated home has a beautiful wrap around covered deck, and bonus screened porch. Perfect for a small family or a few couples that enjoy updated accommodations and comfortable outdoor space.

No smoking, No pets. Wi-Fi and Linens Included.

This was much preferred to a hotel stay offshore. Although the weather did not cooperate, we did enjoy one day on the beach. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is perfect for a family getaway. It is well furnished with nice kitchen utensils and pans. The house is a three block walk to the beach on a quiet side street. Grocery shopping is a two minute drive with a few nice restaurants close by. There is also a park with playground, tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts two blocks away. We didn't use the ping pong table down stairs but it looked like it was in good shape. We especially like the wrap around porch and screened in porches which are perfect to enjoy the evening. We will definitely be back.

Great house!

The pictures don’t do it justice. Beautiful house and larger than it appears in photos. Great outdoor space and great location for beach days and easy drive to Charleston and restaurants.

The kitchen and master bath are beautifully appointed. 3 coffee pot choices (Keurig, full pot, etc) extra fridge space in laundry room & garage. My 14 yo was extremely exited about the basketball goal. We used the beach wagon twice. We were disappointed that we didn't have a chance to use one of the 2 grills & 2 fire pits. Long weekend stay...3 nights.

Lovely home for an IOP getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for us (me/my husband, adult daughter/boyfriend, adult son). Great gathering spaces & welcoming kitchen, beautifully furnished, but lots of privacy for the "kids" upstairs. About a 10 min walk to the beach. Easy to get downtown or to Sullivan's for a meal. Island Realty was super helpful w/late check-in due to traffic on 95. Some maintenance issues in upstairs bath, and the A/C in the bedrooms is not very strong, but overall our stay was truly wonderful and we hope to return!

Amazing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was so beautiful and close to the beach. The decks were wonderful and the beach cart made all the difference in the world for getting down to the beach. We will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was nice, however the air conditioning system left a lot to be desired. While the main part of the house would get very cold, the master bedroom was like a sauna (should have known when we saw two fans stationed on both sides of bed). There was no air conditioning in the main bedroom, main bath or closet. also air conditioning to 2nd floor bedrooms struggled to keep up on the real feel days of 100+ all week.Place could use some real wine glasses as no one wants to drink wine out of a plastic cup. Screened in porch had a musty smell probably due to the rug on the floor constantly getting wet in thunderstorms. Sofa in living room was extremely uncomfortable.

Close distance to the store, amenities etc. The home itself is beautiful with pretty much everything you need for a stay. Great outdoor space and friendly visits from the local deer every morning. Will go back for sure. Super easy and quick check in with the on island rental co too!

Nice porches and deck. The kitchen was well appointed and the appliances were all nearly new. Great for the 4 adults in our party.

Great cozy spot!

When we visit we always stay on the Isle of Palms, we love it here. We chose this home since it was tucked away on a quiet street. We had a great time, the house was perfect for our family. Would recommend and would stay again!

It was our first time there and we loved being able to walk to the ocean for sunrise and how close it is to the grocery and restaurants. We made the mistake of walking to dinner (ACME) our first night, which is physically not a long trip, but the main roads are poorly lit at night and very busy. Besides walking the beach there is only one main road to get from the house to the restaurants/bars/shopping by foot. As someone who loves to walk when I travel, I had perused Google Maps and checked out distances, but didn't realize the main road was so heavily traveled. Just a heads up for anyone like me! The beds were comfy, lots of sitting areas inside and outside, a beautiful yard with shade trees and birds to enjoy. The kitchen was well-appointed for our daily breakfasts. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxed. NOT a party place. Perfect for a chill family vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is just perfect. Beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms. Great screened in porch and deck areas. It couldn't be more perfect. My only suggestion: provide a wagon for carting items to the beach. The beach access is at the end of the street, which is convenient, but it is a good walk when your hands are full. (Noted in description). You also have the choice of driving and parking at the beach access, which we did. In the off season parking is not a problem. This is a win-win rental, just perfect.

Beautiful house in a great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is as advertised. Porches are great, and house is very large for a three bedroom, plenty of space and well equipped. Though beach chair and umbrella were not promised, we appreciated that there were some we could use. Some downsides were not related to the house but to service from Island Realty. Some of which was fast and great, but some definitely impacted our stay: -Biggest thing: one of the fire alarms apparently is sensitive to humidity. As a result, it went off and we had to get maintenance to come. They determined it was fine but it later went off again after hours and they neither sent someone that night nor even replied to our call. If I hadn't stacked up furniture and stood on it to pull down the alarm, we couldn't have stayed in the house that night because it was so loud. That seemed kind of crazy given how much we had paid for the stay. -Small stuff like AC not being adjustable until we got maintenance to come, or not having info about how to turn off big floodlights outside the house. Both of these things were attended to quickly by Island Realty.
