Inside, youā€™ll find modern comforts in a classic Thousand Islands home. The fully equipped kitchen features new appliances and all the essentials for cooking meals. The living area is spacious and bright, with cozy sofas and a big Roku TV ā€“ perfect for movie nights. High-speed Wi-Fi and a convenient dining/work table make this home suitable for remote work or planning your adventures. Each bedroom is freshly updated: two rooms have queen beds and the third is a fun bunkroom (twin over full bunk bed) ideal for kids or extra guests. The spacious living room is equipped with a futon, and the bonus room has a desk for a dedicated work space as well as a futon to serve as a 4th bedroom. We even provide a starter supply of coffee/tea and local guides to enhance your stay. Our home can host up to 9 guests comfortably, making it great for families and groups. Perfect River Trip

We had a great time staying at this property. Everything was clean and waiting for us when we arrived. Check-in was smooth and all the supplies and amenities we needed to make our week perfect were thoughtfully provided. This was a great place to stay and we'd be happy to come back the next time we are in Alexandria Bay.

Great Family friendly spot

We were so grateful to book this home for a meet up with family. It was easy to child-proof the space for a toddler, and we were so thrilled to find a high chair available. Thereā€™s a terrific park just down the street that we also spent a lot of time in. The kitchen is very well equipped and beds were super comfortable. Thanks so much for having us!

House was well located to the downtown of Alex Bay and the docks from which we rented our boats. Host was very responsive and very accommodating. Pictures were true to the space. Very friendly to family with an infant (has pack and play, high chair, etc). House has everything you would need for a relaxing summer vacation!

Just what we needed...

We had a nice stay at the farmhouse. It served as a resting spot for two families with two kids, which was closely located to our cousin's house on the river. It had most everything we needed. Checkin/out was easy. Having the window a/c in the bedrooms was key bc it will get a bit stuff upstairs without them. I'd reco it as a conveniently located family-friendly place.

Family weekend trip

This house was perfect for our family. Plenty of sleep spaces, well appointed kitchen. Some nice touches like complimentary toiletries for those who forgot items. Location was on a quiet neighborhood street but very walkable to the waterfront and downtown. Only disappointment was that listing had hot tub as amenity and there is none. We would definitely book this gem again! Hostess was super responsive as well!

Sleek, clean, and full of amenities

We had six adults of various ages and one child for a long weekend in Alex Bay, and this property was great! It provided 4 large bedrooms so we had plenty of space. There were two full baths that were clean and well-stocked with amenities beyond what would be expected. The washer and dryer were fast and functional. The kitchen was nice and open, too. The front porch was full of games and the location was a nice, reasonable walk to downtown Alex Bay. Everything was easily maneuverable, including check-in and check-out procedures. Overall, a very positive experience!

Not worth the price

I have mixed reviews about this place. Place was kept clean and tidy. Host provided us with all the facilities. It was very quiet place. Cons- Place is very old and there are lot of insects around the house. Vents/ducts are so dirty with lot of dust/debris. Bathrooms smelled very bad. Foosball table is not stable.

Renovated home with great location and reasonable pricing

Mariel was a great host. This place was recently remodeled for vacation rental and we were lucky to get a hold of it during the July 4th week. We were impressed by the thorough preparation work that the host have put in for such a short time. They have abundant supply of trash bags, dish liquids, kid's high chair, and etc. There were even some free beverages and coffee which was a pleasant surprise. The only thing we missed was a hair dryer, but I believe it will be resolved soon. The only real complaint I had was that the driveway was too steep that it scratched my minivan's tow hitch.

Great Time

We had a great time and would stay here again. There was plenty of space and activities available. The owner was very quick to respond to any messages. If you are bringing a boat, Carnegie Bay Marina is less than a half mile away and an excellent place to launch and leave docked at during your stay. There is also a convenience store a couple blocks away that has coffee and breakfast sandwiches.

Check in time was 4 pm but owner allowed us to check in at 2 pm. House was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay and was also only a few minute drive to the shops, many restaurants, and boldt castle loading dock. Also very kid friendly with dartboard and fooseball table.

Engagement get away

Dana and I became engaged with her family sharing in our stay. This A-Bay get a way was made by this house that provided a home for loved ones to gather and enjoy the magnificent 1000 islands, the attention to detail is top notch. Nice location for quick access to the St Lawrence. Clean place with good space.

We had a great time here. We got in and out no problem. The owner had extra food, drinks and toiletries so if we would have forgotten anything we would've been fine. Over great experience.
