Long Beach Island Oceanfront. Stunning ocean views with four levels of decks (2100 sqft) including a roof deck; 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, 2 zone central air conditioning, an oceanfront hot tub (on the main living level), and plenty of off-street parking (4 cars without double-parking). Three of the four upstairs bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. There is a hall bath for the bunk bedroom. The downstairs bedroom has an en suite bathroom. An outdoor shower off the dune deck provides a place to shower outdoors. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and flat screen TVs. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room.

Beach people will love being just steps from the beach and water. Don't like the beach? The decks provide both sun and shade with cooling breezes from the ocean without getting sand between your toes. The roof deck and upper deck provide plenty of room to enjoy the sun and the view. The lower deck off the living area has shaded and sunny areas. The large dune deck at ground level is shady all day long.

Inside, the large open living area provides both room for a large crowd to gather together as well as providing for separate areas to converse, play games, or read. The dining area provides plenty of room to gather for meals and you can still be part of the fun even while you are cooking in the open kitchen. A gas grill is available for use on the ground level.

The house is just steps from Pinky Shrimp's seafood market/restaurant and Liberta Pizzeria Americano, We are located about 1/2 mile north of the new, large Acme grocery store. Bike and surfboard rentals are within easy walking distance as is the nearest ice cream shop. The rental price includes the use of 10 beach badges and high-speed wireless internet. We provide a collection of beach chairs (but not beach umbrellas).

This house is lovely and you can't beat the location. The views of the ocean are spectacular, and the open concept along with the 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms made it very comfortable for our stay with our adult children. Chris was also very easy to contact and the parking space was large and easily accessible. However, we were disappointed that we had to bring our own sheets, pillowcases, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags.

Nine of family members stayed for few days.Everyone enjoyed the stay.The views are great.First level has complete view of ocean from anywhere and 2 bed rooms in 2nd floor have gorgeous views of ocean.All bathrooms are big and clean.

Pleasant Stay in LBI

We had a great stay at this property right on the ocean front. House is very comfortable, with a great deck, hot tub and large family style dinning table. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and great views of beach. WiFi worked great and TV area very comfortable. Location is ideal with supermarket, bakery and restaurants very close to property. I would stay there again.

Amazing views, great open floor plan

Had a great weekend with close family to celebrate my momā€™s 90th birthday. The views, open floor plan and great hot tub were all enjoyed by all age groups. The owner was always available to answer any questions we had. Canā€™t wait to stay here again.

Clean; spacious; and proximity to beach were beyond our expectations

We loved everything about the house! A few steps from the beach was perfect for our group as was the size of the common areas. All the adults and children had plenty of room to roam. The views were spectacular from the ocean view rooms and all decks. The hot tub was clean and perfectly placed. We would definitely recommend and return!!

Relaxing Vacation

We stayed there as a fall rental. Because of that we didn't use a lot of the outdoor chairs or anything else. The place was very clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was very nice! There are chairs downstairs with the washer dryer, so there is no need to rent them. All in all a great vacation!

Ocean Front Getaway

We hoped for a last minute getaway and Chris was accommodating and great to work with. The house is great and was perfect for our family of five. The views from the two ocean front suites are second to none. We loved going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean. The upper deck (crows nest) was a great late day space for 360 ocean and bay sunset views. Convenient location to all LBI has to offer.

Easy, beautiful beach vacation

Chris's property is beautiful and well kept! We thoroughly enjoyed our getaway with family and friends. The beach is easy to access and the property comes with almost everything you need. Bringing our own sheets and towels was a bit of a pain but well worth the effort! Chris was responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend! And don't forget to wake up for the sunrise - Ithe views from the decks are unbelievable.

Great vacation!

This was a terrific place to stay! We had family from all over (including elderly parents) and we could not be more pleased with the house and location. There were common areas where we could hang out together, but everyone also had their own space. It was key that all of the bedrooms had their own bathroom. There were plenty of beach chairs to take to the beach. The rooftop deck was great to watch the sunset every night. Chris was easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions before the trip. My family is still raving about our stay there!

Great beach house with spectacular views.

We very much enjoyed our visit to this great beach house. The description of the house and the photos are very accurate. It was roomy for a party of 10. It provided both for privacy and a great communal area. We appreciated the open floor plan of the kitchen/living room/dining room. The views from inside the house -- as well as outside on the decks -- are spectacular. It was also a great location -- right on the beach and a good location for walks. Chris quickly responded to questions, which was very much appreciated.

The rain didnā€™t matter

It rained the entire time we were there. You would think that wouldā€™ve dampened the experience. Aside from my friends, it was the house that made our stay so great. Warm, welcomingā€¦ and well equipped. The hot tub on the covered deck was also terrific. Great thanks to Christopher who remained extremely responsive.

We absolutely LOVED this house! The views are magnificent. Waking up each morning to a beautiful sunrise over the water was so enjoyable. The house had TONS of room for our extended family! The layout was wonderful. The hot tub was so nice to relax in. We were able to cook a fantastic dinner each night and enjoy it in the dining room or even out on the deck. There was always a gorgeous breeze blowing in from the ocean and sleeping with the sounds of the waves breaking was so peaceful. We have already booked this week for next year and I cannot wait!

A Perfect Beachfront Getaway!

This home was perfect for our family get-together. The views of the beach and ocean were stunning from both within the house and from the multiple decks. We had a lot of space both inside and outside to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The hot tub was a great amenity, and it was very convenient for everyone to have their own bathrooms. The owner was very communicative and responsive. We also had a great experience with Bed & Bath Linen Rentals. It's totally worth it to add on the bed dressing service and the kitchen & bathroom essential packs. We had a wonderful experience during our stay here and will definitely return!

Family Reunion

The property was in an excellent location beautiful views of the Atlantic ocean, The house was very spacious for our family and the number of bedrooms worked well with our group. However, we did have a few issues. The cleanliness of the hot tub was an issue and we were unable to use it during our stay, The BBQ did not work and also needed to be cleaned. I did contact the owner on these issues and he refunded the hot tub fee which was $100, otherwise we had a great visit to the Jersey shore

Great location

Location ideal for walking to ice cream and few restaurants, short ride to fantasy island and more. Loved the ease of getting to and from beach with little ones, spacious table inside and out so we could all eat together, spacious bedrooms with most having their own bathrooms. The use of the hot tub was great, the service guy was there 2x week (which you pay for but worth it) a little dated on inside but overall comfortable. I wish we had had a beach cart and beach chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards etc. The ones there were in bad shape but owner did let me know that was the case so we brought our own Overall we had a wonderful time, neighbors were friendly and the home was very comfortable for our mixed age group (As a side note pertaining to all rentals not just this one, they charge a high rate for cleaning but bathroom and kitchen cabinet and drawers donā€™t get cleaned as well and by end of summer full of crumbs etc as well as under beds etc, I feel these companies overcharge for cleaning because they can, demand is high especially on weekend move-in days, oh well) Btw we for first time rented linens and towels as well as a crib, totally worth it, owner Chris gave us some referrals To summarize, pricey yes but worth it when we saw how much our children and grand children enjoyed themselves

Winter Getaway

We love going down to the beach in the off-season just to get away from our busy lives. This home had everything we needed. You can hear the waves from most rooms, and the open living, dining, kitchen had ample space for our group of 12 (4 adults, 6 kids). We were there during college football bowl season and the nice size tv screen in the living room was easy to work. The kitchen was well stocked with all supplies and the bedroom to bathroom ratio allowed everyone to have their own privacy. The owner Chris was one of the best weā€™ve worked with, he was responsive and attentive to the few questions we had. We will try and rent again.

Comfortable space for family gatherings

Itā€™s a clean, well maintained home, and for us, the perfect spot to gather our immediate family (10), ranging from 0-75 years old. Each family had its own private bedroom/bathroom. The house itself is highly functional, easy to keep clean and never felt cramped (except maybe the kitchen). There are multiple gorgeous views, spacious common areas & decks, and a dining room table that sat all of us comfortably. The gas grill is in lighted area. Another benefit is you get to deal with Chris, the owner, rather than some manager or rep. Chris was readily available and quick to respond. He does a good job maintaining the property that probably has a steady flow of renters. Pictures posted are accurate.

Awesome home!

My family and friends enjoyed out stay had a great time. Very spacious and up to date. We loved the view of the beautiful beach. Plenty of parking space. Beach chairs were available to use. We enjoyed our time in the hot tub. Chris, the owner, was very quick to reply with any questions we had. We would definitely rent again in the next upcoming years. We had an awesome weekend!

Marlene and Chris grew up in South Jersey, went to Virginia Tech for our undergraduate degrees and received our masters degrees at Villanova and Drexel, respectively. We have been renting out various properties since 1982 and renting properties at the Jersey Shore since 2003. As of 2025 have rented over 1850 weeks or long weekends to groups of guests both large and small. We presently live in Moorestown, NJ.

We love this house because: 1) there is plenty of space in the large open living area to both be together and to have some separate space while still being close to the group activities, 2) the views! ... both while inside the house and outside on the decks, 3) the privacy and convenience of en suite bathrooms, 4) the setting is so peaceful ... we do our best sleeping and napping while staying at this house 5) the abundance of outdoor spaces ... both covered and open 6) the great views from the deck table, 7) eating meals on the deck table, 8) the short ride to the great, new Acme supermarket, 9) watching for shooting stars from the hot tub

All of the living spaces are designed so that it is comfortable and easy to gather as a large group (for instance for meals or happy hour), or to be in the same area but engaging in separate activities (for instance, playing games at the game table, reading in chairs by the window, and watching TV in the living room).
