Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac, the setting feels calm and relaxed, making it easy to focus on time together while the shoreline remains close for spontaneous beach trips.



The setting

Located in Destin’s Crystal Beach neighborhood, this entire home sits just a few houses back from private deeded beach access. The cul-de-sac location offers a quieter atmosphere, while popular spots like Destin Commons, Big Kahuna’s Water Park, HarborWalk Village, restaurants, and family attractions are all a short drive away. Getting around is easy by car or with the complimentary 6-passenger street-legal golf cart.



Living spaces

The main house features an open layout that brings everyone together, whether you’re sharing meals, relaxing in the living area, or enjoying a movie night. A second living space with a pool table adds a casual spot for games and downtime. The home includes air conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, wifi, and a dedicated workspace for guests who need to stay connected during their trip.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is set up for cooking and dining together, with space to prepare meals and gather around the dining table. It’s well suited for everything from quick breakfasts before the beach to relaxed dinners after a full day out.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 14 guests across two separate buildings, offering both flexibility and privacy for groups and families.



Main house - sleeps 8

Two king suites anchor the space, one with a private bathroom and another connected to a jack n jill bathroom shared with a bunk room featuring a set of twin bunks. A queen sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space.



Detached guest house - sleeps 6

This separate building includes a king suite with a bathroom and a bunk room with a set of queen over queen bunks, making it ideal for extended family or guests who want a bit more separation.



Outdoor living

Outdoor time is a highlight here. The private pool offers a refreshing place to cool off and can be heated by request during the seasonal October through May period. A patio or balcony provides space to lounge, while the fire pit and BBQ grill create a comfortable setting for evenings outside. A half-court basketball area adds another option for active fun, and beach essentials are provided for easy days on the sand.



Family-friendly features

Designed with group stays in mind, the home includes a washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and a pack ’n play or travel crib. Free parking on premises, a private entrance, and self check-in with a smart lock help keep arrivals and departures simple. The property is pet-friendly, with a fee applying per pet, and assistance animals are always allowed.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.
