This unique apartment is individually decorated and extremely charming. We put a lot of emphasis on the recycling of old materials.
The apartment is located just 4 minutes walk from the beach Borby and offers a high recreational value and a comfortable stay!
The apartment impresses with its high standard of living. By the complete renovation of a former residential building high-quality materials were used. Starting with the thermal composite system and triple-glazed windows to noble wood-effect tiles in all rooms as well as the integrated underfloor heating. Even in winter, you no longer have to fear cold feet.
Likewise, much emphasis was placed on the furnishings to make the apartment as comfortable as possible.
The table and the bench are each unique pieces we have made of 200 year old wooden floorboards and old sewing machines made of cast iron. Likewise, the bed is a solid wooden bed in the width of 1.40 m which was equipped with a cozy mattress.
The kitchen offers you, no matter if for a short stay or a longer vacation, every comfort. With all the necessary electrical appliances (fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker and kettle) you can confidently prepare a delicious meal in your "home". If you do not feel like it, you can reach the city center in just 9 minutes on foot and can choose from the many restaurants and snacks.
Of course, Wi-Fi is available.
They therefore obtain a completely new apartment which impresses with its unique design.
This apartment has a small terrace access on the a cozy breakfast or sitting together in the evening sun is possible. In the backyard there is a parking space available for you.
