Newly remodeled townhome with all the space and amenities you need. Directly in front of the community cheekee with an outdoor grill. There is a view of the lagoon and the pool as well. Full sized washer and dryer in the unit and brand-new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Two separate living rooms (on first and second floor)with large flat screen TVs in each. Bathroom on the third floor has a double sink and a large shower. Located in beautiful Key Largo, FL.

Great Spring Break Getaway

Our family had a wonderful stay for Spring break. The rooms were the perfect amount of space for 2 adults and 4 teens. The condo was very clean and we had everything we needed. Location was in close proximity to restaurants and grocery store. Enjoyed the pool and lagoon as well.

Quick Vacation to the Keys

We had two nights at the property and we wished we could’ve had more! It was so windy but the walk to the little sand area was great, such pretty views of the Atlantic. Never used the pool but it was such a short walk from our spot, we want to come back and stay longer to just be in the community! Ages of kids were 19, 18, 15 & 11… two kids loved having the downstairs area all to themselves!

Great host, clean and comfortable condo

There was plenty of space for our family of 5 (3 teenagers). It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. It was close to the pool, Lagoon and beach. The host was above and beyond with her communication. We will be back!

Comfy, Cozy and Clean! Perfect stay.

Great townhouse, Lovely place with all you need to feel at home. We loved it. Deborah was great & quick to respond to any question we had before or during our stay. Great location to drive everywhere easily too. Highly recommend!

Good location, lots of space, but some issues to be aware of

This condo was in a good location and there was lots of space for our family of 4. The property is nice with a lagoon that was great for the kids to swim in. That said, there are some things to be aware of before choosing to book.First, if anyone in your family is sensitive to smells, this is probably not the place for you. Dad and kids were ok with it, but my wife is very sensitive to smells and the first of three floors had a musty smell that was mildly annoying to me, but my wife couldn't be on that floor at all. She was also afraid that it would trigger our daughter's asthma, so she would not let her sleep on that floor either. So this three floor, three bedroom condo turned into a two floor, two bedroom condo for us. The owner was responsive to outreach, but claimed this was normal and just humidity.Second, this is a three story condo, and the stairs between all three floors are very steep. Two of the three bedrooms are on the top floor, so there will be a LOT of trips up and down the stairs that get tiring and tough on the back when carrying heavy suitcases in a very narrow staircase that is also very steep. When we were there, 4 of the steps literally broke under our feet! The stairs were a laminate flooring where the front of the step hung over the structure of the step, and the boards literally cracked and broke off. The owner was quick to respond to this issue and had someone out the next day for a temporary fix, but the stairs need to be rebuilt.

The townhouse is in a quiet but friendly community. The host and staff responded immediately to all of our questions. It is in a great location with shopping and restaurants nearby. It is also within driving distance of a lot of popular Keys attractions.

Beautifully Decorated Townhouse with a Stunning Lagoon! We had a fantastic stay at this townhouse! The décor was absolutely beautiful—I loved it so much that I’m planning on purchasing some of the items for my own home. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully designed, making our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the lagoon right out the back. The children were fascinated by the variety of fish—we couldn’t believe how many different kinds were in there! It was such a unique and wonderful experience. The owners were incredibly responsive, answering our questions quickly and ensuring we had everything we needed. Their hospitality made our stay even more seamless and enjoyable. Overall, this was a perfect getaway, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great stay at Key Largo

We (2 families) really enjoyed our stay. Everything worked perfectly and the house is great. Especially the laguna was great for swimming.

Cleanest place we’ve ever stayed!

Beautiful home, great location and seriously the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. Whoever cleans this place deserves a raise! The only challenge we had was finding the correct building because we arrived after dark.

Great location with lots of amenities

Stayed for 6 night with our family of 5, including 3 teenagers. House was spotlessly clean and equipped with shampoo, soap, plenty of beach towels, tennis rackets and pickleball rackets (4). Kids loved swimming in the lagoon and playing pickleball every night. Enough space for us to do our own thing when needed. First time in a long time that we felt like we were actually on vacation instead of on a trip.

Great Family Spot!

We stayed at this location for 4 days and it was amazing! It was beautifully remodeled and perfect for our family. Publix & Starbucks is very close & Islamorada is only about 30 minutes south. The owner was very responsive and very helpful. The property is gated and the security is very nice. The pool is heated and very nice in the colder months. Our daughter enjoyed the playground and the pool very much. Each room has a beautiful balcony. Overall just a great experience.

Key Largo

This condo was exactly as pictured. The entire condo is updated and it was very clean upon arrival. It was nicely decorated with beach towels waiting in a basket. Kitchen was updated and very clean. Bathroom floor plan was a little strange with one full bath on each floor but they were nicely updated and clean. It was not a problem for our group. We had my 2 year old grandaughter and she loved the little playground. Also there is a fun dock right behind condo. The water is clear and she loved feeding the fish. I think you could snorkle in this area. The condo had easy access to the fish dock, pool, and the playground- so it's a great location. There was a small rocky beach area by the marina that would be a nice place to see the ocean. It was an easy walk from this condo. Debbie promptly answered all my questions. We would strongly recommend this condo.

Stylish and practical

This was a perfect property for our group of 8 and in a wonderful location near restaurants and the state park. The complex is well cared for with heated pool and waterfront sitting area perfect for sunsets. We had a great time thanks you.

Lovely renovated townhouse in a great location

We had 4 adults and 3 kids stay in this home. Location made getting to local spots easy. Property manager was very nice and let us check out late since we had late flights home. Recommend!

Great landing in Key Largo

My family rented this unit for 5 days during spring break. The three level townhome was better then described. Very comfortable and we loved the new kitchen. Very clean, modern and functional. Each floor has a full bath, wow. The location is near the lagoon and pool. It is 5 min walk to the ocean, there is no beach, but it is beautiful. This is a family place for sure. Kids everywhere which was fun at times. The docks are 5 min walk if you bring a boat. You need to rent a slip, or just pull it out daily. plenty of parking for boat trailers. Location is in the center of key largo, but you will need to rent a car to get to all the restaurants. Uber is very easy here.
