Hemlock Hideaway is a 2 bedroom/2 bath cabin located less than 2 miles from Old Manā€™s Cave. Nestled in its own private wooded setting, You will find your own piece of nature. Fully stocked country kitchen to make that home made meal, spacious living room with a electric fireplace and smart TV that gives you the comfort feeling of your own home. Each queen bedroom has their own private bathroom. Down the path you will find a cover lit hot tub in a relaxing secluded wooded setting. Enjoy the scenery form the back deck or the front & enjoy a nice soak in the hot tub or some adult beverages around the bonfire. Free WI-FI. ADULTS AND CHILDREN 12 & OVER ONLY!

Great private location. Perfect for getaway, but not too far from local amenities. The only negative for us was the beds. The mattresses seemed old and worn out. Especially the one upstairs. Other than that it was a great stay.

Beautiful and secluded cabin

My family loved your cabin. It was so cozy and secluded. The hot tub was great in the evening after some long hikes. We would definitely stay again!

SO FUN!! Despite the temp outside, the cabin was cozy and warm!!

Perfect! Had a great time! Hiking was great and we appreciate letting our dogs come with us. They loved the snow!

Great location for my family, great cabin for my family and my dogs clean and friendly staff. Beds were comfy that is a must for us. We will plan this cabin going forward

Perfect cabin in the woods

My husband and I decided to do a weekend getaway to relax. This is in the perfect location for all of the outdoor fun. My only complaint is there werenā€™t any door mats and very low water pressure in the shower! Other than that we enjoyed our stay and plan to come back year after year!

Memorial Day weekend 2024

The cabin was exactly like the pictures published. It was on a beautiful, wooded lot that we enjoyed very much along with Hocking Hills state park and Logan Lake.

I loved the location, will need AWD/4WD to get up the driveway when leaving the property. There was a broken kitchen chair which we reported and it was fixed same day. We could tell this was a pet friendly cabin due to the dog hair in the corners. The beds are comfortable. We had an enjoyable 4 night stay.

Cabin was even better than advertised. Great location I would have preferred more lighting around hot tub but everything was great. I would definitely go back. I read a lot of reviews before booking and they were good and I would agree. Good value Thanks for a nice couple of days away. I could have stayed a couple more.

Trip to Hocking Hills

This property was in a perfect location for all your hiking needs. Close to town but felt like miles away. We could relax at night by the fire with no one around. The hot tub was great for soaking your aching muscles after your hikes. **note there is no shower on the 1st floor full bathroom just a tub. The shower is upstairs.

Spring break getaway

The location of this property was fantastic - all the highlights of Hocking Hills are a nearby drive away. The cabin is set back from the road off a steep driveway which allowed for great privacy and gorgeous treed surroundings. The accomodations were simple and we yet we had everything we needed during our stay. On the day after arrival we noticed a plumbing issue and it was dealt with that same day. Making the cabin dog friendly was really helpful to us as our pooch loved hiking and smelling all the woodsy smells around the cabin. Should we go back to the area with a small group I would certainly stay again.

Beautiful cabin in lovely secluded setting.

This was a wonderful weekend vacation hiking in the area and staying in this beautiful cabin in the woods. It was very clean and well appointed. It was in a great location to get to all of the local hiking spots. It is secluded in a beautiful setting with lots of amenities. Our daughter and her friend loved the hot tub. My only complaint would be the check in and check out process. We would have probably set in the parking lot for quite a while waiting to get our key if one of the workers had not happened by and told us the keys were in a box outside the office. We also got multiple check in/check out instructions that varied each time so we were not sure exactly what we we supposed to do. Hope we got it right. There were no set office hours and the voicemail doesnā€™t allow you to leave a message. Other than that it was a great stay and I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect weekend family getaway

The property was wonderful. It was a cute cabin set off of the main road. The kitchen had everything we needed for the weekend, and the grounds had a fire pit and a pavillion with a hot tub. There is a nice front porch to sit on and relax, or you can sit on the deck out back and look into the woods. Being pet friendly was also a plus as we could bring our small dog with us. The cabin is close to several must sees in the area and a few good restaurants. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend the cabin for any family visiting the area.

Nice, clean cabin in private setting

We were pleasantly surprised with the cabin. It was very nicely built, designed and decorated. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was great. There were only two issues we would like to address. There was not enough outdoor lighting. There was a light on the porch and that was it. When taking the dogs out after dark or going between the cabin and the hot tub it was impossible to see. Fortunately we had a flashlight with us but we really needed more and not just for better vision but for security as well. Also, only half the lights at the hot tub were working. Our other issue was the tv. It was very confusing. Weā€™re not familiar with Roku or the other streaming channels and we didnā€™t know how to work the remotes. We just wanted to watch the ā€˜normalā€™ channels but didnā€™t know how to get to them. And we also couldnā€™t control the volume. It was extremely loud and we couldnā€™t adjust it. It was very frustrating. Other than those issues the cabin was great and we enjoyed our time there.

The cabins are located throughout the Hocking Hills region in southeastern Ohio near Logan, Ohio. The Hocking Hills region is home to 9 state parks. Although the cabins are secluded, they are all within a short driving distance of all the parks and activities. Perfect for romantic getaways, family vacations, and honeymoons. 19.99 dollars Fee is charged w/ each reservation. A 30.00 dollars pet fee per pet is required for pets. Please advise us immediately if bringing your pet so your reservation can be charged. Failure to do so could result in additional fees.
