Beautiful lake house w/ views of Geneva Lake, 5 min to downtown

We invite you to come relax and play in all that beautiful Lake Geneva has to offer. Enjoy serene lakeside views among all the modern amenities that make lake house living easy, comfortable and fun!

Upon entering , you will find a bright and modern main floor that offers a fully equipped open concept kitchen with everything needed for gourmet cooking. A large island that seats 10 is ideal for dining and/or hanging out. The living room has a comfortable sectional sofa, a beautiful stone fireplace and large flat screen smart T.V. with premium cable that includes HBO and 140+ channels for your enjoyment. A full washroom with a shower is also available on the main floor.

Free fast speed internet and a land line are also provided for your convenience. Sonos speakers are also available in the kitchen, living room and in the lower level for your enhanced entertainment experience.

The upper level has four beautifully decorated and furnished bedrooms, two full washrooms with showers and access to a large raised outdoor deck with lake views. The raised deck is furnished with a sectional sofa, table, bar cart and table with four chairs. It is the perfect spot to drink your morning coffee, enjoy a meal, sip an evening cocktail and/or even have a massage!

The first two bedrooms have queen size beds that sleep two adults in each room (one bedroom has lake views and the other has patio views). The third bedroom is the Master which has a King size bed that sleeps two adults, has lake views, flat smart screen T.V. and two closets. The fourth bedroom has full size bunk beds with a twin size pull out trundle. This room sleeps up to two adults or five kids, has a flat screen smart T.V. and outdoor patio views.

On the lower level , you will find a large multi purpose room furnished with another sectional sofa with a queen size pull out bed and an 85inch flat screen smart T.V., along with a pool/ping pong table, dart board, PS5 video game counsel, Karaoke machine and several board games. This is a cozy and fun space for both adults and kids alike! A laundry room is also located on the lower level with a sink, washer, dryer and counter space to comfortably fold your laundry. Laundry baskets are also provided in each bedroom for your convenience and use. A clothing steamer is available as is an iron and ironing board.

The beautifully landscaped grounds are a perfect backdrop for lounging, dining, playing, and/or even stargazing! The patio areas are furnished with a variety of outdoor patio furniture such as gazebos, dining tables and chairs, sofa, fire pit with seating and swinging chairs.

The home is located in a perfect location, as it is a 5 minute drive to downtown Lake Geneva where you can enjoy the restaurants, beaches, ice cream shops, shopping and busy lake life while coming back to more peacefully situated surroundings. Nothing beats having the best of both worlds! It is about a 5 minute walk to Big Foot Beach, The Grandview Restaurant & Patio, The Boat House restaurant and boat rentals. Not to mention, we are located less than 15 minutes to Fontana Beach and less than 20 minutes to Williams Bay Beach. If your into boating, we are located a 1/4 mile to the Linn boat launch.

The house is steps away from the walking path that encircles the gorgeous Lake Geneva waterfront and stunning homes. It’s a short 2.2 mile walk to downtown Lake Geneva and an 8 mile walk to Fontana.

Visiting Lake Geneva in the summer is a vacation you will never forget as you feel like you have visited an exotic destination but with a hometown feel. Things to do include the obvious water activities which include swimming at the beautiful beaches, enjoying the lake by boat, kayaking, water tubing, paddle boarding, many other water sports, fishing and more. Other outdoor activities include zip lining, rock climbing, bike riding watching a movie on a big screen at the park, shopping and visitng the farmers market. The many restaurants offer a variety of options with outdoor patio’s, beautiful views and just delicious food. Having ice cream at one of the many ice cream shops is always fun! The night life offers many options that include the many outdoor music festivals, County Fair, sports bars, wineries, beer breweries, etc.

If your looking for something unique to do all year round consider group cooking classes, sip and paint, wood plank artwork, visit a spa for a massage, participate in a Yoga class, relax in the salt cave and get a manicure/pedicure.

Many fall activities include visiting local farm stands for fresh corn and in season vegetables, apple picking, sunflower picking, and off course going to pumpkin patches. Don’t forget about visiting a haunted house and corn maze before Halloween! Driving the scenic hilly route around Lake Geneva is one of our favorite things to do all year round, but it is especially breathtaking in the fall when all of the leaves are changing colors! If you like to bike ride, fall is the most perfect time to do it!

The winter months are just as beautiful, with lots to do like skiing (ie. Mountain Top at Grand Geneva, Wilmot Mountain or Alpine Valley), snow tubing, snowmobiling, visiting the Lake Geneva Ice Castle and much more, all while coming back to your own home and cozying up to the fireplace with some hot cocoa.
